  1. may have to. But then the drive home won't be as fun
  2. mmmmm pit girls
  3. Being Nissan i suspect the dustboot will come as a separate item. When you buy a new over-flow bottle you have to buy the bottle lid separate for example
  4. Especially a 33, those things are whales. And everyone knows how hard it is to tip a whale
  5. Oil Pressure/Oil Temp/Water Temp Defi do a nice 3 gauge setup with those units in it. Expensive, but work very well. I tried a few different brands out before i bit the bullet, and they are worth every penny. Otherwise you could try another jap brand or even the electronic versions of autometer
  6. Don't you have cows up your way? Is this the new "in" thing?
  7. Love those tinted indicators
  8. Every dual mass flywheel i have replaced a clutch with gets a new flywheel as no-one in town can machine them. If the customer chooses not to change flywheel i scrub it up with a die grinder with sanding disc attachment. Any reason why you wouldn't want to change to single mass? It would be cheaper next time as you will only need clutch and pressure plates
  9. Am down like James Brown. The minister of war and finance will also be attending
  10. Looks like an awesome trip was had. Would love to do something similar when i get the chance. MOAR pics please sir
  11. This right here. I've seen a tailshaft come up through a floor pan and nearly cost a man his legs. It's not pretty
  12. f**kin hell, lucky it didnt come through the floor and take out your feet. As said above, that spiggot bush is knackered, you would get away with that crank damage. But have any of the flywheel bolt threads been stretched?
  13. We've had the gearbox explode in one of the trucks, idiot was coming up the hill and went back from 4th high to 2nd low apparently. Gearbox parts are still embedded in the trees on the side of the road and it was only 170km old. Frickin idiot that was driving destroyed 3 trucks before he was finally let go
  14. That is f**ked, unless you can get it welded back up i would be getting another one from a wrecker. I think the wrecker will just call it a hub assembly, tell them it is the part that all the suspension arms attach to it might make sense to them
  15. cooler piping all connected? ecu earthed?
  16. If that is the sump end its a pinion seal for the front diff. As for the clutch possibly having oil contamination, you won't be able to tell fully until the box is out. It might just be that the unit burnt out, who knows.
  17. Why did you have to re-tap the holes? It would be a lot easier to elongate the holes in the manifold a tiny bit. If you don't have access to a die grinder, i would use a round file
  18. Have you by any chance test fitted the manifold on the engine in the bay? How would it go for room running the ext gates with how the inlet pipes are sitting now?
  19. Thats why i have a falcon as a daily and also because the 32 hasn't run for 3yrs doesnt help
  20. 2 doors don't have enough room for my liking. 4 doors tickle my fancy a bit more nowdays
  21. Because 2 doors make baby jeebus cry himself to sleep at night
  22. If anyone needs odds and bods for their 32 i'm stripping a 4 door atm for the interior. Theres no suspension components but i have front quarters, reo, abs unit and little bits. Or if you'd like the shell with some LHR damage come take it
  23. Ah bugger that sucks man.
