Your gona have to go thicker ply if you want to screw your sub box into it, assuming you have a heavy box with 2 subs. And i would make it so that it was fixed so the box didn't slide around if you wana screw them together. It's totally up to you how you want to do it tho, make it sit flush in there, make it larger and fix it to the floor.

Just measure the spare tyre well and make one that has about 20mm bigger diameter to suit out of thin plywood, or go to a wrecker and grab one to suit a 33 they should all be the same

You want something like whats pictured on teh right, left one is generic type from generic auto parts store, one on right is something i made for about $40 in material and a bit of my time

Point 1 usually indicates the accessory fuse under the dash, but you've said in point 6 they are all ok. Was it the fuses in the engine bay you checked or all of them?

I still don't fully understand ecu's and how they work etc, but i do have an EMS stinger, and it is awesome. On their site http://fuel-injection.com.au/stinger-4-1-20-21-d.html it talks about ignition control. I had one piggybacked into my 20 combo and will more than likely be using it on my new engine. Ovaboost tuned it no problems at all. Or you might be best talking to WTF like you have mentioned

I had a spare hose here, i would have chucked it on the rad if i had known you'd need it. Who make the accelerator cables up? All the final small niggly bits always holds everything up

Thats not bad, a vl turbo speedo is about $60 from memory plus the time to mess around with it

rb25 boxes have an elctronic speedo, you may have to do the speedo conversion and keep your 32 cable

I had 310hp with boost spike, unopened motor, gtr inj, ems and 6boobs mani, lasted 5yrs before i pulled it out for teh restoration. The 25 conversion is up to you really if you feel like you wana go that way. My old turbo setup is going onto a 25 in a 31. I was going to go down a stroked 25 route but changed my mind for the 26/30 which would have cost the same. The 20 is a great base to play with they just love to rev
