  1. you wont get all the oil out of the convertor just by servicing it. if the oil is dirty flush the system by undoing the cooler line at the front of the car an do as kiwi mentioned, this is easiest if you dont know what your doing

  3. i'd be getting a fresh set of bearings put in it if you've pulled it out an had it sitting where they can get shit in them. not worth the trouble of having to do it again as soon as you start driving it

  6. that length of pipe is about 4 inchs and is as short as i can make it without it fouling and having to change where 6boost made the provision for the gate. the spot its in is inbetween the turbo an strut tower, i mite have to look into moving it to see if i can shorten the length more

  9. at the centres the same, same dimensions height width ra ra ra, if so wats stopping you from drilling out the holes to suit the width of the bolts
  10. i run FUCHS LS140 with a ford motorsport lsd additive and dont get any problems, im about to pull mine down after 4 yrs of abuse to see how the oils treated it

I've got a td06 20g 8cm and cant get rid of a boost spike, has a 6boost manifold, had a 38mm tial gate now has 44mm tial gate, exhaust is 3inch straight thru, has anyone else experienced this problem before, my tuner told me at the first tune the manifolds are TO GOOD so thats the reason i upgraded the gate. it boosts to 1 bar then spikes to about 1.5, was going to 2 bar before gate change. would going bigger again fix this problem?

  15. i just rebuilt my rb20 box for $500, master rebuild kit was 300 and 2nd 3rd synchro 100 each but they are my gearbox rebuilder parts costs

  20. i had one of these on my rb20 and it was absolutely awesome, sounded like an animal with a straight 3" exhaust. i ran 14psi thru it for a whole year before it let go. when i bolted the standard turbo back on to get home i had to slightly bend my water lines and the oil return was slightly different
  21. even giving it a bit of shit when doing this procedure or even a burnout will make it clunky and a pain in the ass
