    got inspected today the guy went over it with a fine tooth comb, picked up an oil leak out of the remote filter, pod filter was a bit loose, steering rack boot was f**ked and the front bar needs repairing and apparently i had no brake lights, gave me 2 weeks will be easy to get off, also mentioned that i get a modification permit for my high mount, pod an bov just to be safe, $14.30 hopefully itl be worth it.

    found out today one of the inspectors in town is an old mate. so it should come easily. have an appointment tomoro he said the sideways stickers means jack it was just the cop being a flamin mongrel

    simple question i thought. i have a 6boost mani, td06 and other shit that i dont wana waste.

    i got a yellow on sat night for blown headlight globes. cop didnt even pop the bonnet so he missed the high mount. BUT he put the yellow on a 90 deg angle to the side of the windscreen for some reason he told me it was cos i wasnt allowed to drive it at night. wasnt even being a flamin mongrel or anything. chances are great that i wil now have a very expensive track car.

    just got a 44mm gate for my setup to try and get rid of the boost spike. hopefully this will fix it to a certain extent

    has a profec b spec 2 he disconnected it to stop it goin to 30psi at 4grand, its running straight off engine vaccuum atm. got a EMS stinger in it. yeah mick was saying he's had some xr6t's do the same thing. just reckons there way to efficient. should be back up there in a month

    300.2hp at 20psi with the wastegate spiking and no boost controller. need to go from 38mm to 44mm to help it out. apparently my 6boost manifold is TO good, love the sound of gate, hits boost early and hard, have to go back as soon as i can afford another gate to get it retuned and a few niggles sorted out. mick recognised the car aswell adam. hes a champion

    melt the lead out of a battery and pour it into the centre. it'll weld it together an provide some forgiveness. doesnt last as long as welding it tho

    went to start the old girl last night to prime the system with oil an wat not. and all the frickin headlight wiring decided it'd let all its smoke out from underneath the plastic. dunno wat the cause of it was still tryin to find out why. yet another set back

    enthaily.com there a art an crafts wholesaler in qld BUT do silicon hoses and stuff and on there ebay page they catch cans an other crap. bought all my vac an intercooler hose stuff off them and have been excellent to deal with. many different pay methods to just like the suppliers on here. there cheap to. repco apparently can get the heater hoses i dunno who else in perth can get samco and others like that

    adam, in the back of your bay where did you get those red heat covers that are on your silicon hoses? do they stop the heat from getting in that much? she's looking real good btw

    i use a fuel syphon pump that i bought from bunnings and fill throught he filler plug til it comes out. and i jack the car up and put ramps/axle stands underneath

    ah k maybe when the type you have get rounded out by rough people they get replaced with the other type, best to check wat style plug you've got black33gtst. but generally the tools listed in above posts are the ones needed. do you have a pump to pump the oil into the units?
