just fill it up till it comes out. 75/90 in box about 4 litres or so, diffs being lsd id use ls140 or equivalent in between 2 an 3 litres and probly 7590 or 8090 in transfer

toll ipec are ok, courier australia are hopeless, the orange guys are pretty good i cant think of their name right now

an if its bone dry that means u also have a leak to fix. as said above check in neutral with car idling on level ground. all up from an empty sump to full cold level it should take approx 3 Litres give or take some. use dexron 2 or 3. id be getting that leak fixed soon also.

are u still using the td06 20g 8cm turbo roy? has anything else changed between me readin pages 1 thru 60 lol? do u use adjustable cam gears? is there a common setting for them to or is it at the tuners discression? im in the process of purchasing stuff for my 20 build. aiming for 300hp have the basics now like injectors, new timing belt, bigger radiator etc etc just hunting for a plenum an wat sort of turbo arrangement will get me wat i want

sounds like they havent adjusted the master cylinder right. thats why there is a screw on the end of the master cylinder rod

there supposed to be like that. or you have problems somewhere else in the clutch line

40 thou is .1mm. they remove the dowels and machine the surface where the actual clutch plate runs. as per the complaint about the Exedy 8 puck cushioned clutch, there built to be light like that. thats wat makes them so good. i install these and they are a very good unit.

why cant u replace the 2 uni joints and the centre bearing?

i stuck a bit of black grease(molybdenum diosolphide) and the sqeaking went away, hasnt returned yet its been greased like it since feb. you could even try bushing the hole with a plastic bush or some hose

wats the condition of the inside of the input shaft where the bearing runs? has it gone throu the case hardening? 4-5mm sounds like a bit to much it should only be about .010" (.25mm) if that, just enough to let oil get throu. as for the side to side movement there shouldnt be any. also why is the synchro land off, did u have to press it off or did it just fall off?

ah is the clip still on the end of the half shaft? sometimes under stress these things come off

by the looks of the photo you've only knocked one pin out. they're double pinned as said above. i dont know if u already know this but if your gona take the sliding hubs off make sure you mark which way they come off in case they fall apart and you dont see how they come off. these boxes are piece of piss to pull apart

if there clunking sounds like they need the diff additive in them. go to a ford dealer or a transmission shop and purchase some FORD MOTORSPORT DIFF ADDITIVE or the equivalent to this product. worked a treat in mine and stopped the clunkin

if ya have a spare oil pressure switch kicking round or u can take the old one out take it down to auto one or another parts store an match it up to the T piece. watch out but cos im pretty sure its a tapered thread aswell. i picked one up for $17.

hmmm cheers for the feedback ill have to do a bit more searching i think. i dunno if it was a china one MrMayhem its was priced at 1g so it could have possibly been, it was through a parts supplier for work.
