Assuming they're still out there the older hangers at Fairbarin were a good spot to take photos a few years ago. Another spot is down near Questacon or even on the lake side itself along that one way road who's name escapes me. Also depends on what kinda of image you want to have with your car? Are you going for the JDM Jap look, the street cred/ricer-boi look (where graffiti walls would be good) or for a classier look (where Govt House/Boat shed would be good.) Taking a picture isn't always as simple as point-click.
