  1. Dam if only i had net access i would have avoided the city. I was wondering why the traffic was so bad:lol: What was it just some bag that someone left behind? which building?
  2. Worked out that when the needle hits the other side of the 0 it breaks the speedo;) Based on revs and gear ratios that happens at about 230-240 but it was still sitting rather well on the "private road". Good thing its insanely low.
  3. Has the s2 wing though Do u know him? mr black panels i meen
  4. Dont quote me on this but u can go over his head and get around 15% off if u get it in writing he will match it:)
  5. HAHAHAHHA:lol: Its funny because its true
  6. Haha sooo true John doesnt even have time to take a piss. If lumpy is any indication he must be good;)
  7. I just dont get y they cant fix the road after they bust it. Its got a pothole so they tear it up, leave it for 2 weeks, then fix it i dont get it:confused: Gotta loove main roads:p
  8. Hehe nice 1 Joe. I wish i had ure ground clearance:( I went over a curb(slowly of course) in my backup carlast week andi thimnki dam near snapped the exhaust in half:confused: Maybe not but it sounds like crap now ,oh well i will just have to live with it. If i was to fix it it would probably cost half the value of the car "$400" Ahhh gotta love the backup dooriftor:D
  9. Almost rear ended someone today Saw a white s2 and was neck turnin to read the plates "1be*OH S**T" Wasnt ures i take it had red avanz rims but i will continue to look for it. Saw a guy on labouchere with lots of replaced panels and tried to follow but the 1.3 corrolla wasnt up to it:( think it had "A1T" plates anyhow
  10. Yeh john is a good guy i managed to get my Koni yellow for $660 of him. I rang white line(proven parts) in albury and they gave me a 20%discount:D
  11. hey u can have mine after i write it off:burnout: I have not had an accident in a while and im sure my number will come up soon.:uh-huh:
  12. Do it ureself man its easy as, not like u have a 1jz there:rolleyes: the only "big" problem is pulling off that crossover thingy off to get to the plugs. Plus it gives u a warm fuzzy knowing u did it ureself:D Oh yeah and if ure engine has a fair few ks on it dont use an oil flush. Drain as good as possible after running it for a while and just let it drip for ages. If u use an oil flush it will make the new oil cleaner but it will get rid of the nice gooey protective coating that has built up inside. Then u will probably notice some ticking noises on idle.
  13. hey Joe u thought about putting bigger tires on the back then on the front. So if u can get 2 good tyres put em on the front and put new ones on the back till u "wear em in" :burnout: then do it again:) Hmm maybe this is me thinking out loud:confused: But im pretty sure u can put wider tires on stock rims. Gradenko did it:uh-huh:
  14. At this rate my car might be back on th road by then so count me in if so:D Managed to repair the rim which was surprising:) need new tyre but thats it and i have to wait for the koni to come from Albury which shouldnt take to long. HHOOORAAAYYYYYY:burnout:
  15. I want ure wheels bad reel bad i recently wrote mine off:rolleyes: The problem is i only got 1200 atm want to negotiate? And is rubber included?
  16. While ure at it the "moron dance" would be nice:D
  17. Hey have u checked page 164 of the auto trader ending 1aug?? He has ure wheels but a bodykit and diff plates:confused: Check it out chris
  18. heheh my wheels were missing all 4 caps when i got em:lol:
  19. Ive got a wheel repairer in the city lined up but he needs to get the wheel first. They will pay 4 1but i have to cover the rest maybe i could get the repairer or a supplier to overquote the wheel and work on a new set of 18s:D hush hush;)
  20. Nahh not popular at all. John is the one that told me that it was a lost cause. Mr Mag sez he hasnt got anything like that and doesnt know any1 in aust who does. BTW: thanks for the help onarun
  21. i think the rule is 3 strikes ure out:)
  22. Whos giving crap?
  23. Yeh i gathered that but i wasnt sure if it was buckled or "buckled buckled" if you catch my meaning. Hopefully its not cracked. Could be bent sideways though Not reely a scratch more of a gouge like the curb tore a piece off it
  24. hehe thats a valid argument:lol: The wheel was pushed under the car by about 20 degrees or so and the side was scraped off something cruel (u could see the paint on the curb) dont think any of the spokes were cracked though but didnt see the inside the wheel pushed into the rotor and took a big chunk out of it. Looked buckled but i dont know exactly what "buckled" is as i never done/seen this kinda thing b4
  25. dont think so, i havent seen it but the guy at the repair shop doesnt think so
