havent looked yet i havent seen the car since the nite in question but it was pretty mauled from what i saw on the nite.

Dont know if this was worth a whole thread or not but im sure a moderator will ditch it to the "wanted" wasteland soon:D what can i say. i was desperate I (as some might know) nailed a curb and destroyed my rim on sat nite. AVS model 6 16" pearl white these have been discontinued and i just plain cant find em anywhere:( the other problem is i only need one. ANY help would be appreciated greatly

yeh that ones for sure:lol: :burnout: The only problem is that my wheels are out of production and there are none in perth (or aust for that matter). Insurance will only pay for 1 wheel and it looks like i have to change the whole set to match:( If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Its an AVS model 6 16". I know one guy in perth has the same on a line but he has the 17s mm 17 i think i should make the excuse to upgrade.

Entire left rear assembly is screwed!!!:lol: 2 control arms 1 bent 1 snapped knukle joint thingy sheared in half the new koni shock i put in in june possibly bent cross member possibly bent disc rotor and the wheel worth around $1200 is mauled $5872 just for new parts from toyota but around half that for second hand. Theives are apart of life if someones got something good some git will take it. You could do the side window ureself its not too hard, just need to find materials. beats paying someone 40 odd bucks to do it.

It funny that the alarm didnt phase em at all and they just kept working on it with the thing going off. maybe u should get a bow and arrow or sumfin so u dont have to run after them. I thought the skid marks before the kerb were more impressive than the drag marks after the kerb;) Preliminary assesment looks like just a buckled rim and a bent control arm but u never know huh. Yeh id say the only solution is SUPRA TT :lol: Look for hairline fractures in the discs and as ex-static said accident damage and stuff. Get a vehicle inspection and it will find most problems barr the internal things that look fine till they go POP. Its a bit risky importing i reckon seeeing as you dont ge to drive or see the car b4hand and there are some dodgy dealers but u do get a warranty which is good . Abuse the hell out of it for 3000ks and if it pop it get replaced (always good to have piece of mind) Look around for a good dealer and see what he has to offer and then make ure decision.

Yeh i thought the same:confused: I tried rac and they told me to go jump due to the fact i have a 91TT supra and i am only 21. I ended up going for a broker called harrintons: 9388 1299 and they did mine through SGIO for 2400 but unfortunately icant pay it in increments has to be all up front cause of the broker.
