  1. Thanks mate. Light is a Narva 84650BL. Came with 3M double sided tape & the LED's can be angled. Hope it isn't the same one you tried that fell off Autobarn stocks them. http://www.narva.com.au/products/browse/eye-level-brake I tried to get a Hella 5237 multiple times from the local Repco but gave up as they didn't get back to me multiple times.
  2. Aussie VIN number - done High Mount Brake light - done. A few other ADR items like tyre placard, fuel filler neck, unleaded only fuel sticker etc also done. It's been a good start to the weekend so far. Godzilla is 25 years old this year. That means - Club Permit! Finally road legal after 9 years of arriving down under.
  3. What kind of Brembos? If you're referring to the R32-R34 GTR type Brembos then 17" R33 GTR wheels onwards will fit fine.
  4. Sounds about right. My -9's (335rwkw) start at 20psi and drop to 18 at redline (8600) with standard cooler. Graphs & info in the RB26 Results thread. Who tuned yours, can I ask?
  5. Go for it, guys. Easy and takes less than an hour. Thanks mate, the -9's are pretty much maxed out now. It made far more but it's been dialed back for a track safe tune. Very happy with it, feels great and can't wait to start on a few events this year. Going to spend the next couple of months neatening a few things and getting it ready for Road or Club reg.
  6. sorry to see that. Hows the damage underneath?
  7. Hi mate, the system was built for me in 2005-6 and used for about 4-5000km's on the road before the car was mothballed and put into storage. I've had a bit of a close look at the pumps but can't see any numbers or identifying marks on them. I've reverted to a single pump with my new setup as it isn't a dedicated track car anymore.

  9. Hey mate, I've so far had the car back at 3 power levels. 298,312 & 335awkw Compared to how I first got the car back in 2005 (standard ceramics boosted to the max - 260rwkw), the -9's are definitely a bigger turbo and respond accordingly. The -9 setup in my car pulls all the way pretty much to redline unlike the standards which hit a wall near the top end. (and you could feel it) Depends what you're after- purely street i'd go -7's for a 2.6L. I want to eventually get some events under my belt so wanted that little bit extra so went -9's as I had all the supporting mods. That said look at gtr jet, he got 325kw with his -7's. Awesome.
  10. Depends on which import scheme the car was brought in under. The 32's that made it through the old 15 year rule will only have a additional plate with the Australian VIN number. (do a search on here if you want a bit more info)
  11. That's good power for -7's, man. The final tune I got is a track safe tune also. Looking forward to finally getting it on the road and then to some events this year!
  12. Don't think it'd make a difference in the real world, man You running -9's? Got a link to your graph somewhere? Wouldn't mind taking a look, esp at what the boost curve is like.

  14. Got an e-mail from Racepace. Final tune is done. Very happy with the result.
  15. Hmmm, you had to put the idea into my head didn't you? Looks like the cardboard cards are fairly easy to take out just a few screws. I was careful not to pull the factory glued vinyl off them to separate them from the door. Went and got some 3D Black Carbon Vinyl Wrap today. Just got some cheaper stuff from Supercheap as those pocket cards are a bit hidden. Cut to size and layed over. Getting the bubbles/lines out is fairly easy. Back in and all screwed up. Gives them a nice subtle look. I used some Kiwi Grip spray contact adhesive as the door cards are chipboard with only a thin layer of paint between that and the wrap adhesive. Goes on stronger that way.
  16. First update for 2014 - Car has had to spend all the holidays plus some at the workshop due to the pesky seals for the ABS pump being no where to be found. Have replaced the pump with a second hand one for the time being so hopefully this one doesn't link. Got bored waiting for the car so re-trimmed the front doors cards with leather covers to match the rears. All the standard underbody plastic guards are back on including the OEM brake ducts. Still needs to be re-tuned with the replacement intercooler. Hopefully can pick it up this weekend. Itching to put all the interior bits in and start work to get it ready for registration.
  17. From memory, you need to remove the boot trim that runs along, from tail light from tail light, inside the boot. There are a few nuts that are near the "Skyline" logo
  18. try rhdjapan.com for parts. I got my replacement interior parts from them.
