  1. Says the man looking for a 35 to go Overall Targa racing
  2. last HH day with the WRX club they were whinging about my fire extinguisher being mounted in the passengers footwell, stating I must move it closer to me as the driver next time. Likewise were whinging about my CAMS compliant cage, and how the harness bar didn't stop the harnesses from slipping sideways when they're not done up ... No looking at how the cage is bolted in, sigh, just useless stuff that is not relevant once you've strapped in and the belts are tight.
  3. Surely they learnt from the last race, Single Activation = Fail ... sigh ...
  4. Love the images of both race R35 builds in QLD seemingly taking place in sheds, how Australian Maybe the Gov't can use it as an example of what can be built in a shed (http://www.mensshed.org)
  5. Was there a Rear wing available? Also interested in Rear Passenger Window & the centre lap belt. Cheers, Andrew
  6. I hope not, but if it does, schuey on the podium!!! Love the tools face as the national anthem is playing .... Definitely worth the wait to watch
  7. Likewise was wishing he spun/beached it ... Soooo wanted Michael on the podium
  8. Lol at the official falling over!! I get knocked down, but I get up again, you're never gonna keep me down ....
  9. Schuey on the podium wooooot!
  10. Ohhh noes bro, I'm beached is!
  11. Name & shame the sooks who don't want to go racing .... OHS making everything gay!!!
  12. f**kin rain ...
  13. Exactly Roy, pussy pussy pussy ... Jack em up, super mega extreme wets, send em out, whingers can go to the pits and suck on it ...
  14. Gheyness, need some motogp riders Out there, they don't pansy up when it gets wet, chuck it down the road, get up walk away, friggen cage driving pussies ... Since when is F1 the domain of OHS, let em race ffs!!
  15. DRS should be enabled now, not everyone on wets, fags, let the drivers have some balls ....
  16. Looking at the results, currently the more people wrong direction, the penalty points incured by any driver are significantly reduced as compared to cone strike or missed start elsewhere. Net result seems that the more complex or slippery it is, the less impact that that course will have on the events outcome. Not sure how one can score higher with a WD than someone with a single cone strike ...
  17. Was very interesting watching how early/long people carried the throttle/speed over the main rise into the 2nd chicane, with the dual entered cars highlighting how much familiarity/ballz with the car is important. 2 examples that stood out for me were; Ryan/Russ with both getting on the power quite early & carrying heaps of speed although Russ was generally more sideways/slightly slower at the same-time. The other being the 964-RS which was bouncing on limiter for almost a second going into the back sweeper with the first driver after barely cleaning the 2nd chicane cones where as the second driver who was still carrying more speed than most over the top, but with more tentative throttle application nor as aggressive braking/driving line, couldn't quite match the limiter bash into the same corner. Having driven the back track in this orientation quite a few times, it clearly shows where a bigger set of goolies are required to be quick! Anyone who likes taking photos/videos I can highly recommend volunteering as a spotter on the back track, as you'll get some great footage/shots which had me kicking myself for being lazy Glad everyone had a great day, big thanks to the organisers for putting in the time to make the day happen, no rain for the next one and more complexity in the skid pan courses
  18. Lambo wheel as table base = Genius!!
  19. Certainly would love to hear what rules Scotts applying to the mesh when getting the basic flow and then what control equaeven just a simplified explanation of which one he uses for different areas. Sounds like somebody SAU should try to arrange as a special speaker at a members meeting
  20. What 4 officials do you need Bec? Might have another spotter for you for the long wang, will know tomorrow nite
  21. Rain = Le Ghey ... At least there are trees to hide behind on the back track, but I sense lots of cones are going to be eaten if it's wet
  22. Yo man, was me, saw a nice silver S1 on Wellington Rd last friday nite, darm everyone else who has wings
  23. Gotta love Hamiltbone ... Dude causes 4 incidents gets 1 drive through, WTF ... I was hoping to see Maldonado do a Tony Longhurst in the pits once the 'Black Guy' got into the pits ... Bring the Biff back to Motorsport, just a 'forceful' as the cock is on the track.
  24. Once a whiny Pom, always a whiny Pom ...
  25. You are correct, if on Auto Ps and driving a manual car with a Licenced driver/instructor, you need to be displaying "Driver under Instruction Plates". Can be fined for showing either Ls or Ps as both are technically incorrect, go figure! Print out on a colour printer a little sign and stick it up on the window, people will treat you somewhere between a Learner and Full Driver from my experience of being one and instructing peeps over the years. Graeme, sounds like FTG Rd under the freeway, is always funny watching cars coming down the hill and slamming on the brakes once they see the car on the median strip, by then damage has already been done
