lol i understand why you would want that...its kinda like riding horse side by side...its romantic. my hubby owns a R32, and i a R33, and when we cruise together, its really fun..and in a way, romantic lolz

yeh, i only went past the stop once....but i will never do it again, and i must tell my hubby not to either, cuz thats who i learnt to do that from i dont understand why i would need it fixed though....but im getting my car serviced this week anyways

lucky it was nothing serious. but when i started my car today to go to lunch, a friend noticed a heap of fuel leaking from my car. i was totally freaked out....scared that my car might blow up any second so i called RACV........and, well....it was only cuz i had filled my petrol tank too much and because of the heat, the fuel expanded and hence the leakage. PHEW!! i was all scared, thinking there was something majorly wrong with my car, not to mention me, my friend and my son couldve all died if someone hadnt noticed the leakage. but the racv guy said hes come across quite a few skylines being over-fuelled and go through what i went through. now i will never go past one click of the fuel pump

just curious, did your car have an alarm system or even a club lock on it?

i dont think you got a good deal at all, i got my 1994 R33 auto for $14k plus mine had full 400r kit, gtr wing, avc-r, 17" rims, leather interior and a few other stuff like mods and stuff u got ripped off....shouldve researched the market more, especially ur car only being auto good luck with ur situation, things will work out

does anyone know where i can get a brake light for my R33? and if so, whats the retail price? my ones broken and i have one of those box shaped ones you put at the back of the inside of the car i heard from from a friend of a friend of my boyfriend that its like $400 (WTF??!!!) thankz for any help =)

buddy club R33. well if i find a gts badge i will get it. PS: i take a LOT of pride in my gtst. as far as im concerned gtr's are the ultimate racing machine, but i still love my gtst and wouldnt trade it for a gtr PPS: you shouldnt be dragging on public roads anyway, thats when lives are put on the table

fine think of it this way, my car has a big ass blemish on the front bar and thats why i have a gtr badge on it so it hides it and wont be so ugly when people wear foundation to hide blemishes are they implying that they have perfect skin?? NO. its just for looks sake as for my gtr badge, it stays. real skyline lovers can tell the difference b/w a gtr and gtst anyway and people who cant tell obviously arent skyline lovers so who gives a sh!t

so am i excused for having a gtr badge on my gtst, since i never tell people that i have a gtr. besides, i agree with funkeemonkey, the only reason i keep the badge is so i wont have this empty space on the gtr front bar where the badge is meant to be. if i take it off maybe one of you "gtr badge on gtst haters" can pay for the spot to get a pearl silver spray done, or, buy me a gts badge i think it only gets sad when people go as far as TELLING people they have a gtr when its a gtst, a badge just makes it rice.

omg SLYPWN, i think its clear that if you want to attend the SAU cruises then just pay the GOD-DAMN 50bux!! you said urslf that u dont have an issue with that small amount so just freaking pay it, whether you are interested in CAMS or not. everything costs money these days man, nothing is for free; ie: you want to go to cruises organised by SAU then pay for it, everyone else does, so why should YOU get special privilege. the opportunity for you to meet new people hasnt been taken away, rules have just changed [things in life DO change, if u havnt noticed] and so if you want to continue "meet(ing) new people" then you abide by the organiser's conditions. if people like you want to go without paying membership fee, thats being unfair to the people who do pay. and dont write a post disputing what ive just said, i dont think i said anything wrong.

i just want to remind every1 [including any cops reading this] that we're only angry at the type of cops who actually DO purposely target import vehicles in determination to wipe them out from the face of victoria. dont generalise that ALL cops have it in for us (most people are making it sound that way); ive driven past heaps of cops during the past month of owning my liner and i still havent been hassled yet. one day i probably will, and then, i will only hate that particular officer. maybe every1 should write down the names of the "bad" cops in the members forum (or has this already been done?), it could come in handy just by seeing if its always the same cop/s out getting us skyline owners, we already know of one....

its so sad hearing about people doing stupid things in their cars (especially in skylines, since our rep with the public and the cops is bad enough already) i guess people with low self esteem, security and mental development think they can prove themselves to be top sh!t by PURPOSELY doing acts of sheer stupidity to boost their ego up. JUST GROW UP, owning a performance car (or any car for that matter) does not give any1 the right to endanger other's lives. if u want to die, go off where no1 else can be harmed, NOT on the public roads sorry, i get emotional about this topic of reckless drivers too.........
