My Parts ($3k) Stolen From Docks/Ship !!!
judd replied to bryanlee38's topic in General Automotive Discussion
I sent my car with K-Line too (Maeske Sun). and had over 5k of stereo stuff stolen, in-car dvd system, also lost x1 guage and mines rev-meter. i wrote a letter to Kline managment i was bum steered around the whole company before i came to some insurance place, they ended up giving me a cheque for an agreed value ( Apparently it happens alot, and I was lucky to get a cent off them..from now on i send everything in a sealed container. costly but is much safer.. -

No I do not run a business. and not making enough money on the side to even make reference to one. But i understand what you are saying...but this thread was merely started to consider other people opinions of trading through the net. which then got personal...after certain people decided to have a bash at it -

The R34 GTT support wont line up..I saw someone do the R34 GTT to GTR front seats and an adapter plate had to be made...it can be done...didnt look to hard if your handy with the welder. That R34 center console is great..the is also HKS CAMP which cost alot less, and has more features..all you need is the camp, junction box and a TV monitor..and it can read REVS,BOOST,G-Force,Oil Temp, Water Temp, Fuel Economy,Speed,Revs la dee la la..can also log the features too..

No taking the piss outta you just saying your straight down the line...dinky dye....Trust TD-06-20g Kit could mean anything!!! and you know it..its not trying to fix a deal..and no I dont buy and sell parts for a profit, see thats where you are wrong...I merely sell what is bought for my car and later sell...and IF people need to use my sources to find things from Japan I can help..that is i suppose a service in which i have not been making money through, more a loss than a profit...i deal with friends in particular mainly.... at the end of the day any one can put together a KIT and sell it...regardless of brands! but i was informed this was a Td06-20g kit which i gladly forwarded on...there was nothing else to it...no questions or pics even asked... -

Thank you for posting Donnie, as I can deem you as the 3rd party or 4th party now involved in this besides me. The kit was sold as a TRUST TD06-20G Kit!!!! Originally was thought to come with dump and wastegate which, before any money exchanged hands was told upfront to you and therefore the discount! At that stage I did ask if you still wanted to kit and you said YES, and we agreed on a value! Once arriving in Australia. there were numerous call by ME telling you to pick up the kit...after about 3or so months you told me he doesnt want the kit any more and for me to try and sell it....which i did try to which not much luck! So you then decided another 3months later to come pick up the kit as you had found another buyer yourself. This customer did the right thing by asking to look at it all, which he did and was not happy as the communication was not great. As they thought it was trust manifold, JUST AS I THOUGHT IT WAS WHEN I BOUGHT FROM THE GARAGE IN JAPAN. I never saw the kit I did all the deals over the phone, just like you would here calling a wrecker... Now it has all turned around and I am held responsibly for everything....which is fair enough...and it could have been resolved MONTHS ago! as there was a warrenty and could have sent back to Japan under warrenty. with a FULL refund being an option.. So what I am left to is to offer half the costs involved in repairing this turbo. So if I could get it back and I will have it quoted etc...I trust you enough to not worry about you would have tried to damage the turbo even further but if this is the case. We will have to make other arrangements!.. Does that sound fair to you? Or any of the other people following this Judge Judy case? -

Thats EXACTLY right, so why would you TAKE the turbo off me in the first place??? let alone buy anything extra for it!!!! and then expect me to pay you back for the V-Clamp you bought etc... i was helping you and saving you over $400. Instead cause it doesnt suit you, you cried about it and felt hard done by? How are you loosing, if we go back to giving each others stuff back? I heard you aint even going to give me MY turbo back...which will i will proceed with legal action. Any way this thread was a question for a certain SITUATION??? who asked for you, you blow-in! -

AMU would have to be the most shifty characters I have come across....AMU you wanted to sell your kit, you try to rip off your own friends to make $$$ in return to help fund your car rebuild. And will do it at what ever cost! You twist and change so many things to suit your self. But at the end of the Day...YOU ARE WELL ASSOCIATED WITH THE CORPORATES OF THIS OTHER TD06 MR2 kit. you are all friends and stick closely by each other...watching each others back to help get self satifaction and gain for yourselfs. you are scum. I wont get to personal but get a life.... -

Ouoting with REPLY TO 4door Looking for opinions on a situation on buying over the internet i have a trust 20g kit AND yes....that is manifold..gate...and turbo i agreed on swapping my kit for his ball-bearing 700hp garrett turbo + hks manifold and gate (high mount) Which was never in my hands and was described to me as a high mount!!!!! it is actually quite a simple deal i regarded him as a mate so i had no hesitation whatsoever in doing this...he fealt he had trouble selling this kit ...and offered i swap him as he fealt he could sell the trust kit more easily..... i guess we helped each other out... >>>>>>NO i paid $2200 for the turbo and was giving it to you for $1500 because of the NON BALLBEARING factor you pointed out.<<<<<<< After inspection of this turbo from a reputable turbo place i found out it is plain bearing i had a think about it and decided to go ahead with the deal.... as time went by i had purchased a custom v-band clamp to match this turbo and arranged to get the front housing polished..>>>>>THE DEAL WAS NEVER TO HAPPEN UNTIL WE HAD MADE SURE THAT MY KIT WAS GOING TO BOLT UP TO THE MANIFOLD I HAD, I NEVER WANTED THE TD06 KIT UNTIL YOU WERE SATISFIED WHICH IS WHY YOU HELD ONTO BOTH MY TURBO AND YOUR TD06 FULL KIT UNTIL THE MANIFOLD WAS IN YOUR HANDS, SO BY LAW IT WAS STILL MY TURBO WHICH YOU WERENT TO BUY ANYTHING FOR!!!!!!!!! <<<<<< um he had found a buyer for my trust kit and the funny part was he was happy to ripp this poor fellow off as well....judd convinced him somehow it was ball bearing (lied)....luckily they refused the deal... NO ACTUALLY YOU TOLD HIM THIS!!!! AS THE BUYER WHO HAD COME FROM A FAMILY FRIEND WHO YOU ARE AWARE OF HAD TOLD YOU THAT THE KID NEEDED TO KNOW IT WAS ROLLER BEARING..WE NEVER LIED WHEN HE ASKED IF IT WAS BALL BEARING WE ANSWERED WHAT TIME IT SPOOLED UP NOT IF IT WAS OR NOT!!!!!AS ADVISED BY THE BUYERS OWN COUSIN!!!!!!!!!!!! -

Nick, they have all my contact details, I dont see why they dont call...I have spoke to the involved party and still offered to split the cost of the repair to the turbo etc...which i think is more than a fair deal but I will still be convinced that when I sold the turbo it was in WORKING order... Just a quick word for anyone else selling parts, If you would like a list of some names of buyers who to be aware of i will be happy to help.. J.O.S.E (jelous ones still envy) -

As for the EVC problem, being Tony S15 (XTERC)...why has he continued to buy stuff from me? Im sure he isnt as angry as you claim to be??? I have receipt etc also...So before you start acting like somebody else I suggest you post who you are, and who you are friends with and quote with some facts...not the stuff your mates feed you. -

Also the TURBO was here within 10days!!! and warrenty was given 1week once arrival in australia AFTER it was cleared out of customs and this is all documented. If you have ever delt with me you know what to expect!...as for you and all your mates. There are too many shift people, and 99% of them seem to be related to you and your friends.I think people would see a common trend here. You guys would do anything to get something for nothing..half the time being illegal... WHO ARE YOU ANYWAY? you have never delt with me! but i know where your cases are coming from -

Excuse me???? I have bank deposit lists TOTAL AMOUNT was put in my account for $2400. Original price was $3100 as I thought it was ext. wastgate type. IT WAS ALWAYS CAST IRON MANIFOLD as I have emails to prove this. Once I found out it was Internally gated I offered to take $700 off the PRICE!!!! and at this stage I HADNT RECEIVED EVEN 1cent... As I also told them if they didnt want it I would have minded as I didnt buy the turbo myself even YET!!!! As for the boost controller IT WAS NOT YOU! It was Tony, and it is CURRENTY WORKING IN A WRX..its a HKS EVC PRO..just because you couldnt get it installed correctly. I gave tony a Profec B Spec II BRAND NEW + $150. as he paid $700 for the EVC in the first place I never once hesitated to give him his money back. I even installed the PROFEC B SPEC II for him.. As for the T04R i never said it is ball bearing!!!! as HKS TO4R is NOT BALLBEARING AND anyone who knew a little bit about cars would know. In fact the only TO4 on the market is the HKS TO4Z but you pay ALOT OF $$$$ extra for that. Your the kid...dont make your silly excuses up for you and your friends I dont want to deal with any of you lot again, you all a vicious circle and nothing but whingers....pay retail here, last time i save you any money! Your Middle-man has feed you too much bullshit!!! all lies and decept! -

thats where it gets messy!!!!...with the trust kit, it had trust adapter plates welded to the manifold and I beleive larger ports (i am told) for the increased air flow. So I was told... so could it be trust? just like the Carillo/Grex connecting rods? -

now, as you know I had the HKS T51 at the time, and on another occassion brought the turbo in, to ask to have a manifold and gate to suit made up which, they were going to do for $XYZ..if i would have opted for that, further down the track when i wanted to sell could I sell it as a kit? HKS T51R kit? or on the turn side Trust Td06-20g Kit? -

thank you all for your input...i hope the person is satisfied, and reads this thread I have made them aware of it..and asked for them to put there side of the story in... as for 2Rismo, you are as dinky dye as they come. If you went to Liverpool exhaust and asked for a turbo kit, as i did before i bought my Rb26 kit for my car. They tried to sell me a Garrett 3540 kit!!! Which included there own manifold (liverpool exhaust make), A Tial 40mm Wastegate and a Garrett GCG GT3540. if u goto to Bd4's you know they are going to sell HKS as that is what they distribute. NOTHING ELSE!... fair go brudda. -

Thanks for the advice Dave, now that its not the turbo (as they were told by a someone else that there is a risk in buying 2ndhand turbos which is 100% true, but in this case as there was warrenty to be given so there was nothing to worry about). They are saying cause i quoted it was a Trust Td06 kit it should have come with a Trust manifold.
