all depends on what foot type you are. if your foot rolls in when you stride then a kayano is good as it has built in arch supprt. but if you bought a kayano when your foot rolls out its only going to make it roll out more. so then you would need a more neutral shoe that doesnt have arch support. but yes kayano are a real winner. i used to work in a sports shop shoes make or break your body when it comes to running.

nah factory gtr bar in plastic. ive had fibreglass and i smash them too easy lol

hardest part will be feeding it through the firewall to the solenoid in the engine bay. if you tape the new hose to the old hose and pull it through it will make your life 100% easier. other than that, just connect both ends

the roof spoiler is from "vanquish" i bought mine locally off a mate. japanese import spares sell them and there $195 im also waiting on a genuine r32 gtr front bar to arrive so that will go on its very hard to find ANYTHING for r32's no one makes stuff. yeh i did it myself. the paint is just a nissan AH3 without the clear. you could go out and buy a matting clear but its very $$$$$$ the only thing with not having a matting clear is that its VERY easy to scratch it back to primer/undercoat. but its a track car and i did it coz if i do need repairs its as easy and getting the gun out and spraying.
