im going rb26 rocker covers and mines baffle kit.. then a vented catch can to collect any excess.. is it a hard job removing and fitting the new rocker covers?

so u saying i can tap and threada fitting into the sump to drain directly back in?

ok so i read that thread and also emailed some mechanics and found i would be up for around $1800 for the mods to the head.. is there a way i can set up a catch can to drain back to the sump? drill and tap a fitting into the sump and run a hose from the top breather to the sump? anyone had to setup something on there car to catch the oil and drain back? as i cant keep loosing 200-500ml of oil every 15min track session.. cheers

i made 250rwkw on 16psi with this turbo on a rb25, with 55cc, z32, etc.. great response but the actuator stuggles to hold boost above this.. i also made 220rwkw on a rb20 with this turbo also but was somewhat laggy.

i know ppl will say call workshop.. but before i can, just wondering what to budget to do all the above modifications to my rb25det?? if anyone has paid to get it done let me know how much it set u back.. as i had oil coming out of my breather after a grip day.. and i mean 600ml worth of oil... cheers

hey i had a private track day (grip) today, its a rb25, gt3076, oil filter and relo kit with cooler, injectors, nistune z32.. now on my first session i was driving fair hard and hit the limiter on a couple of occasions coming out of corners.. i get back to the pits to find oil has gone all over my engine bay from the top breather. as i have a metal intake pipe the breather doesnt breathe to the intake.. so next session we put a bottle with a hose fromt the breather into to, and that bottle fills (400ml) empty it then next 2 sessions nothihg, same driving style.. final session another full botltle so over all i would have lost 1ltre of oil.. any ideas why?

do atlernators get red hot? mine has a small part of it glowing red... hmm..

i have NEVER used the aircon in 4.5yrs of having the car... lol

i still have all the air con connected.. but i NEVER turn it on... just in the last week the fan has been on everytime i start the car.. wont turn off so i was wondering if i can unplug it?

need some advise, the fan that sits onfront of the rad has the mesh around it.. does that need to be connected? mine is running consistanly and is pissing me off.. can i disconnect it?

anyone have 2 straps i can borrow for tonight?

oh im furious.. he says now that he didnt understand i wanted a nistune to be installed.. like how may nistunes are there? i caled a few workshops and asked "if i want a nistune and remap what would i get?" they said "u would get a board installed into your ecu and a image put on to that(remap)" dont think its too hard eh?

ok so i have called the tuner AGAIA, and now he says that he didnt think i wanted to get the car tuned anywhere else but with him hence why he didnt put the nistune in.. is there more than one nistune? coz i asked for a nistune.. i didnt think there was more than one nistune.. any ideas what i can do..? he is pretty much not doin ne thing to help except tell me i should have gone back to him.. the idea is that on occasions like this when i need a tune ASAP and the closest place is boost works then i go there...

is someone able to give "tuner" (pm me) a call and ask him how much he charges for a ecu remap (burn a chip and install) and a nisstune daughter board install and tune?
