I agree with Kym. Motorbikes are restricted to capacity so why not the same for cars? Stopping P platers from driving at night just means they will crash at night when they get off their P plates then they will ban everyone under 21 from driving at night then under 25........................It's such a stupid idea. Just bite the bullet and make driving training part of year 12 schooling. 2c added

My GF got a fine about a year ago, didn't think it was her as it was @10.30am on a Tuesday morning in Guildford and we both worked in Ossie Park at the time. So she went in to check it out (and your right they are arogant f*#ks) the pic was a Nissan Pathfinder and she owns a Pulsar......... The guy goes "There you go Lady plan as day" GF replied "Bloody right it's as plain as day I own a Pulsar." The number plates were different by one number hers is a 5 and the Pathfinder 6, they don't cross reference the plate to the vehicle. So go and check it out.

Take this into consideration. Colin Barnet over the weekend came up with the wonderful idea of a minimum 6 months imprisonment for all criminal convictions. So if you get busted for dangerous driving you can keep your car but you go to jail. However if that isn't bad enough there is nothing saying that a State Liberal Governement wouldn't support the law anyway, so you could well loose your car and 6 months of your life and more than likely your job. The previous Court Liberal Government is best remembered for 2 things 1. The Bell Tower 2. Signing the construction contract for the Convention centre. How have they help the normal everyday west aussie?? The Gallop Government has invested more money in state infrastructure and economic development in 4 years than the Court government did in 8 years... Oh and guess what I support Labor
