well tahts straqnge cause the other day i had a wanker in a commo use . mind u Gen 3 SS so i found out, being a tosser up the inside lane at the lights, so waited for red, floored it, and he had to brake hard or hit the gutter... i guess in all he learnt his lesson cause for the rest of the 25 mins or so, he stayed well clear of teh accelerator and me at the same time

nah all u gotta do is just disconnect the battery, or like i did unthinkingly, leave ur lights on till teh battery is deadz0r... and then get a jump gotta love the jump point in the fuse box under bonnet for a safety against surges blowing ur ecu instead its a pissy little 10-15 dollar fuse vs, eg. PFC about 1000-1600$ worth

great to get in there and kind of introduc e myself regardless that i looked like a complete wanker but that coems with the territory of being new but yer, was good... lookin @ paying the fees once i get paid possibly next few days or within a week guys... how much are A) shirts B) stickers

guys my mate has had the cryo cooling [aka Nitrogen cooling if u must know the specific]... and from what ive seen he has never had a problem with cooling at any degree, even giving it hell down the tracks the entire day... only once or twice given it was 42 degree day and it was like 6-7 hours into giving the poor car a thrashing down the tracks to try and get his timse down did it have one lick of problems... in all honesty, its a big ****ing cost but its well worth it, given u got good power that NEEDS that sort of cooling.... his car is pretty much a replica car that tommy kayra [how eva u spell his last name] made same sort of outputs but when it was brought here [some lucky prick baught it]... they removed most of the power mods but for some reason left the Nitrogen cooling system in it, hes only got 300-350 kw now cause hes having to spend some cash to get where he wants but yer... just food for thought

hey guys, finally got bored enuff to try and figure out how the F*CK this digital display module that was WID the car when i baught it, and supposedly worked, is wired to.. yes the ECU, BUT i dunno what wires are what and if its even sending a turn on signal to the little Unit to turn on... either way, i gave up and giot bored of that... amp lasted a day after me and Mr_32bigboy did my whole cars install... lol, input overload spikes all over the shop due to a faulty input capacitor inside the amp [this is straiigght out of box] so now i haev to pay to send it to gold coast... and they send me a newie :DDD yay for me ok 3rd topic... I was sick of when i let go of the accelerator, she of course decellerates and when it gets near to where shes supposed to stop and idle... she dies 100-300 rpm then bounces back again... Blitz DD BOV kit taht i got [too much money i swear but iw as lazy ]... gave the funnel [typical wahchoo] and a SUS filter [finally think i may know what its for *shrug* or still have no clue, but its stopped the idling from dropping when i let go of accelerator so she doesn't haev a whinge no more, taking her for a test drive to pick the girlfriend up soon and we shall soon find out... all it does is blocks a very small slither venting piece at the bottom of the BOV mouth, and directs the airflow sideways not straight out wehre ever it wants... *smiles* hopefully someone will explain as to what the SUS Filter is for truely, until then im keepin the bastard on, too lazy to change it back ehheeh Cheers, Brad

hrm figured out the problem.... it was put into the pre out and it didn't like it... plus the input level was set too high [gain on amp was too high for it to like me].... so its now all turned back to min, and im getting the boys to tune it / give me some advice how i can get this system cranking a bit better... possibly need a gell cell battery wired up AND / OR a capacitor... if anyone has either please PM me and let me know.... ill be in the price range to buy one soon enuff cheers ive only got 1 problem to sus out now and that is to figure out where this HUMMING noise in the subs is produced from... only the power wire [boot] and its across the other side of all the other wires *groan* only wire running with the RCA is the REM wire.. which is thin as all **** [which may be the problem... not sure ] cheers guys...

which means cop patrol cars looving u that little bit extra get a 3 inch dump back exhaust, but make sure the muffler has some kind of silencer on it... adjustable [yes there is some out there... and ive seen em in action, kinda nifty little ****ers thats for sure]

having a really thin pissy remote wire wont cause anything.... or having the stock battery grounding point on the chassis, is the same as my amps ground contact [same bolt aswell].... please this is urgent that i fix this... im hoping i haven't ****ed anything, then again i dont see how seeing everythign even the AMP is brand new but 6 months ago so theres no more "warranty" with it.... i cant find any shorts... so all i can think thats tripping it, is an INPUT overload... but im lost *HELP!!!!!*

hey guys.... urgent help needed.... heres the problem me and Mr32_bigboy did an install in my r33 today, and for some reason [mind u EVERY PART IS BRAND NEW CABLING!!!!! from rca's to power to ground and rem wire... etc...] problem is, everytime i start the car up , the amp goes into protection mode and both of us went everywhere to try and figure out what the hell is the go... we disconnected the power and ground from amp to the subs.... and it still tripped out.... plugged it back in, disconnected the rca's and then started the car again and it didn't trip out.... plugged in the RCA's and then the subs worked... now for some reason, the RCA's are brand new, nothing is damaged with them and the REM wire only has a join at the loom of the back of the head unit... can anyone please help me out ?!??!?!?! id like to know, im sick of starting my car with the RCA's disconnected then haviong to replug them every DAMN time *sigh* just so i can have my subs

im using completely only stinger pro series of cabling... just got it all today... its all setup on the amp and the sub box... [just put the wiring in etc...] but its not in the car... ive just left that for when i got someone that knows their shit, once the RCA + remote is layed [go figure the one wire ya need , and i forgot the bastard when i baught all the cabling *sigh*] so yer... lol if u can give me a hand, please let me know ive PM'd u my mobile number and i got my keys next to me ready for when ya contact me, either message me or just call me mobi number... or prank it and display ur number and ill call u >... :DD

btw question for yaz, the exhaust cam gears... whats the fundamentals for them. im still yet to grasp it fully...

u dont need a FMIC, it all depends if uw anna push the limits of stock turbo ... id suggest just keep the stock i/c , turbo for now... and spend the cash on gettin power fc, boost controller, pod [with air partition to help with cool air, not sucking hot engine bay air in] , finish the exhaust [depends how far away ull be upgrading turbo etc... but dump pipe would also be advised, allows better flow + hi flo cat].... pine apples, ex-cam gear.... and seriously ull be kicking hard suggest of 10psi max widout upgrading FMIC, maybe 11 if u wanna push it .... but i dont like the odds so i keep it at the safety limit

exactly.... just do as old mate and myself suggested , but yer finish ur exhaust... i found out today at the boys at CreatD motorsports that my exhaust is good enuff if i piss the dump pipe and shitty cat off.. and put a better dumpy and hiflo cat... i should see a bit of a breathing gain

also im in Reservoir... now i constantly travel between there and dandenong area / noble park etc etc... as i work downt here aswell as its the only place i get to drive to, to relax....

its a mono block 1500watt Epsilon amp... one channel i believe... and i just dont know what gauge i need... ive got the biggest fitting gauge power wire that i can just slot straight into the ports in the amp.. but if i could go bigger if its of any use / enhance anything and theres a way to get it in i would.... i just need RCA's and a fuse to put int he power wire... problem is, A) i dont wanna damage the liner one bit and id rather the help of someone thats done it before so i dont screw up

whens the next one on, unfortunately im trying my ass of to get a job downh er e[just moved down].... and its next to impossible.... and im yet to scavange the cost to join as a SAU member... [hopefully soon]
