  1. Price drop, $300 That's as low as I can go I'm afraid, you'd be lucky to find one on eBay for that price in the same condition.
  2. Recently upgraded to a new Getrag 6 speed plus triple plate clutch so these have got to go... First item: OS Giken TS2CD Twin plate clutch for R33 GTR Plenty of meat left on it, biggest Twin plate that OS make for an R33 GTR. No slip evidence of slip AT ALL. This clutch has never seen a track day, Gymkhana day or drag strip in its life. Fantastic condition. Comes with Billet OS Flywheel and push-to-pull conversion kit. $1600 and yes I can post at buyers expense. Second item: Series II R33 GTR gearbox with near new Series III running gear inside. This box has never seen a track day, Gymkhana day or drag strip in its life, same as the clutch. We replaced all internals with brand new Series III running gear 4 years ago and has been perfect ever since. Oil replaced every 6 months with Motul tranny oil. $2500 Pickup in Sydney only. Willing to sell the lot for $3500. Photos: Please PM me for enquiries.
  3. There's a few good youtube videos about them mate so I'd check them out first. The speed is input via connection to a Greddy E-manage (Sold seperatly). As far as I'm aware, there is no knock input and even if it did I wouldn't take it as a true reading.
  4. Saw a silver r32 GTR with an SAU sticker on the right rear 1/4 window just past the Gladsville bridge on Victoria Road this arvo. Rego was AQ92ZI I think. I was in the red SS ute. Good to see that you were enjoying the traffic as much as I was lol. Nice GTR buy the way.
  5. Give TMR a call a check to make sure you have no defect recorded against your ergo, if not, your clear. The RTA and TMR systems never speak to each other properly so even though he's flicked you a canary, it won't be lodged against your rego. The only problem down here seems to be EPA. Nothing else has been lodged against my rego by NSW police.
  6. Still down as volunteer. GTR should still be coming.
  7. My 2 cents, Owning a R33 Vspec and having 500+ runs on the Advan Performance 4wd dyno under my belt, we have noticed a few things. 1. Peter will only tune the GTR in RWD due to the attessa interfering with the amount of 4 wheel power delivery ( almost every run it's slightly different based on how the attessa feels at the time). 2. Based on the same tractive effort, the 4wd kw figure seems to vary by about 5-10kw on almost every run. This is also spaced days apart on the same tune so heat soak is not a factor here. The RWD figure on the same tune remained within 2-3kw every run. 3. My GTR's 4wd mode generally saps about 15kw from my peak power figure (within the variable bracket I stated at item 2.) It's simple physics as was said before, there is always going to be some power loss to the treads and more so when the engine is trying to drive 2 drive shafts and 4 axles instead of 1 shaft and 2 axles. IMHO it's not the peak power you make in these things that's important, it's all about the torque you can produce to keep the 4wd system accelerating right up through the rev range which makes all the difference... Fun too :-)
  8. +1 on upper control arm bushes or strut top bush.
