Mine hasnt been started in over a month due to loss of licence. Went to start it up the other day but the battery is dead due to alarm i suppose, so ill just leave it till the 19th sept when i get the licence back.

Don't use your age as an excuse expecting people to be thankful that you are doing this! From what most posts you've made here suggest that you'd like us NOT to consider your age. Then you go claiming that its so hard to do all this "as a 15 year old". You gotta find one argument and stick with it. Now in regards to this event, its a good plan/suggestion and i hope the day goes well. I won't be attending, but im sure the cruisers should have a good day. I hardly ever see you guys out in newie...! The only person i ever run into is Dean, and i always see Joshs' car parked when he is at work. Just wondering where you boys are lurking throughout the normal weekend time... :Pimp2: Also note that there will be a trip up to Sugarloaf soon too. A few asian mates of mine at the uni own skylines and 180's and they were keen to go for a carve up there and back. Ill let you know more once i find out about that though. (It wont be untill September i imagine)

A few gems in the rough there.

I used to have 38% tints on my R33, when i had to get a blue slip done the bloke friggin flipped his rocker and made me remove the tinting and get 20% tints instead. I mean it wasnt all that expensive to do, but it was still a pain in the arse. So from personal experience i say, go with the darkest legal tints for peace of mind.

LOL some of these are gold, the blokes at work are lookin over at me cause im laughin so much!

I like to let it idle for a bit while i go around the outside of my car making sure nothing has scratched/bumped it through the night, then liek most others i have read above.... i drive like a granny till it warms up and im satisfied its happy to let me give it some schtick!

Hey guys, A few weeks ago my dash lights started to flicker off and on. (Like the speedo, fuel, boost & ododmeter back lighting). So i gave the little brightness adjuster a few harda turns to sort somehow jolt the lights into staying on. However, now the lights do not come on anywhere on my dash so im thinking it is just a loose wire somewhere, as the backlight of the fuel gauge is still slightly illuminated. Any thoughts or suggestions on how i can figure out a way to rectify this would be great, as it has basically stopped me from being able to drive of a night time now. Dave.

You are ment to fill out a form to enter yourself into the show and send your entry fee in with it too. If that wasn't possible you could show up 1/2hr early on the day to make sure you definetly got in. It is not a group entry but its better if you go in with mates obviously. However, this does not mean you cant go down and spectate!!
