hafta say i dont like neons, but a mate had one under the driver and front passanger seat and the glow from the light looked sick, especaily when the tyre smoke got inside the cabbin

well i think we should unofficialy orginise something, try to keep it on the lowdown, maybe find out who is interested and then orginise it for say 1am-3am and keep it to the PM/SMS

comon people its a ford, and its an R34 FOURDOOR!!! power to weight, spend the extra $3500 on more power. 6CD, ever heard of MP3 450Nm of torque.... hmmm fair enuf, but fellas, sexy skyline vs bogan ford (no offence) fourdoor... i would kill to have an R34 fourdoor. could you imagin how happy you would be as a kid being dropped off to skewl in a four door skyline :wassup: (asuming you need a sedan for that reason). stuff the ford, its just another comman car, nuttin we havnt all seen before. think about it!! just my opinion

its not so much that you cant get far, its just that they start spluttering towards the E mark. if i have less than a 1/4 of a tank and i put my foot down, it will take off but as soon as the force of acceleration takes effect on the liquid in the tank, it moves away from the pump pick up and the car dies hard then comes straight back. rather imbarrising when trying to put a commanwhore i mean commador in its place.

second the Apexi N1, i left it on my import when i went through the inspection station and got 82db's (91 is the limit) and thats without the silincer which also works extreamly well.

i have a full set of tanabe "street use" coilovers, im currently using the rear's as they are a stiff but comfertable ride (aprox 35mm lower). the fronts are rather low (aprox 45mm) and due to my shortend upper controll arms i get too much camber on the front. i am considering selling the whole set and buying a second hand adjustable coilover set from a jap importers. make an offer. cheers

hmmm, reason... 1) i live near a dirt road so on a hot sunny day i have my window down and need to use my wipers to clear the dust off my window. the deturgent stuff comes straight in. 2) does this attached file look dorky? my opinion... no. cheers anyway mun

hi, im trying to find out if the weatherstrips from a cefiro will fit my R32 four door?? has anyone done this or could someone tell me if they believe a cefiro roof/top of doors is a simular shape to the R32 fourdoor?? cheers

ive got my stock BOV plumback and a pod filter and it sounds well fitter than my mates turbosmart BOV. usless info i supose cuz pod filters = defect

i take it we are talking about weatherstrips over the top of the doors? if so... i would realy like to get my hands on a set for my 4door R32. if anyone wants to make an offer ($) etc. cheers

strange, i was running a 810wrms amp (2 type-r 12"s) in a datsun stanza with a crap altinator using the odessy 800 battery and never had a problem. it was the only battery i didnt have a problem with. only one that gave my starter motor enough power to start first time every time (bigger startermotor due to commpresion and lightning mods).

download the pfd from the alpine website. if you cant get the one for your headunit get one for the latest model, it will have a wiring diagram in it (not for the car) but it will tell you how "not" to set it up so that you can bypass the handbrake switch part, thus being able to use functions while driving.

let us know if you do. a mate has the equipment and ability to do some pritty sick stuff and he would love a design so he can make me and other RB powered friends some. his idea at the moment is to cut the inlet manifold off aprox half way and weld the new plenum box on (cut holes in a flat plate). rather than making a thicker plate with tapped holes to bolt onto the inlet manifold (would be harder and have to be more exact).

most people face subs towards the back of the car due to bass loading. you get more bass than if you faced them forward. (this may have already been said, havnt read the thread). if you want to find out about it join CAA (car audio australia). my problem is i have 2 alpine rype-r 12"s that i had in a datto with 1foot cubed sealed enclosures. and i want to start playing with ported enclosures but i now drive an R32 fourdoor. so about the only way im gonna fit my amps and subs in is to take out the back seat and probably recive a defect next time i get breathowed.
