Not sure if it is the pressure sender because the pressure gets low when the oil is warm and stays there. It does increase with revs, but still remains low. It previously sat around 3.5-4 now is about 1.5-2 at idle! Is this too low?

Hi guys I am new on this site so bear with me. I have an R32 GTR which I had the oil changed about 2 weeks ago. I was using Mobil 1 Synthetic, but heard and experienced bad things with this oil (using oil in a new motor) so I have changed to Motul. Since I have had the oil changed I have been experiencing low oil pressure at normal running temps! The motor is reasonably new probably 25000k, the only thing that I can think is that I ran it with low oil for 1 day. The motor is not using any oil, but what worries me is that it sounds more rattly than before! Am I worrying over nothing? Sorry for the long post.
