I have read on these forums that yokohama is pretty well stocked with a back log of cars... How much extra was the container? I have read a bit into it, but no real comfirmed pricing. Was Geoff your broker? My car is getting loaded on Port Kanda bought with the aid of P.Motor Sport. I haven’t heard much about my port. But I got a great supplier who should be able to get it on a boat ASAP.

Mark Hocking is the guy I bought my car through! I've only heard Great things about him from people who deal with him.

I’m rather the same for my gts-t import which is to arrive. The person in Jap made it like 90% GTR and the bonnet don’t look that crash hot been still GTS standards which means no GTR grill

My invoice said pre paid freight! I guess this means my new purchase will be on a boat sooner than expected. I was concern after reading a LOT about people’s major disappointment in shipping delays. Do roro ships mainly leave port at the end of the months?

Hey I have 'just' bought a skyline r32 through Geoff; funds have just been received in Japan today. And boy it looks like I could be up for some disappointment with shipping. But one thing I have notice nothing has been mention about my port of loading of my car... My car is "Shipped Per- Mitsui OSK” and is getting loaded on at Kanda, Japan. My destination port is Fremantle. Has anyone had any experience with cars getting loaded in at Kanda and what to expect in delays? Andrew

Have any of your thought about getting your parents, to cover the car under their name. My father got quoted when we inquired about a 300zx twin turbo with 10k insurance for around $500 from HBF. This includes a no claim bonus and having my name on the policy as a driver. I’m 22 with a speeding conviction and an at fault accident.

This shipping delay has got myself concerned about my recently to be paid for skyline gts-t mod. I was told there was hold up of 3 months, when I inquired about a 300zx. Bugger, I hope I’ll be surprised!
