R33 Custom Interior....hot or not?
25GTT replied to IOWNU's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Hey mate, don't worry so much about replacing all the parts. The red bits look ok. Whats best you do i recon is sand back the blue bits and paint them red. Also go to a auto retrim shop as they can re trim your drivers seat -
:werd: classic motor trimmers in morley did the embroidery on my seats... great job and helped on a last minute run before a previous auto salon. they dropped everything to help a guy they had never even met before! i would definately recommend them to ya phil!

YES!!! 10 points to me!! haaha!

Looks like Sparco ones..... actually prob not too much dish for sparco and to square. The prob with the mesh looks is that they all look so similar and every major brand does them....

Flat Battery - can I use jumper leads on my GT-R?
25GTT replied to stolly's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
sure the plugs aren't a little fouled from sitting there so long My car run absolute shite for an hour, it sounded terrible!! then after a drive for sometime it got better then back to normal -
Munna i used something similar, it is called amazing glaze. For the people that are in the car detailing industry you will know what I am talking about. This stuff is $70 wholseale for a 70ml bottle which does your car once and once only. Basically it is meant to give an amazing glaze .... which it did!!! came up better than any other polish. However with little scratches and nicks in the paint from the environement I am worried next time i want tot buff it up before a show i fear i will actually take the glaze off!! but Damn it looks good now!!! We just had huge storms here in perth, when i got home i put a towel on the roof wiped it once and ALL the water from that area was gone, I have never seen anything like it or that comes even close!! If you have a company in your states callled care care give them a call and ask them to do it!!! BE WARNED IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE!! but we all want to care for our babies :-) Meguirs i give the thumbs up though, they have a great car wash! go the Gold Class car wash, works every time!

I bought a block of land up in Carramar about 6 months ago, however as nice as it is up there i wouldn't mind being a bit closer to the city or to Ossy park where work is. May we ask what suburb and general price range don't have to give exact just what the price range is. Reason being is i am looking for a funky 3 x 2 bath double garage villa or apartment around the $250G mark if anyone out there knows of somehting thats meets this criteria let me know :-) well done on the purchase! its a good step in life to make!

Happy Borthday Troy boy and Denver!! All the best guys!!!

Health = the new IT job for 05, plain and simple... seriosuly guys, do a bit of research and look around you.... advertising is now all aimed at Health... before advertising was "this computer for this much, or gain this qualification for this IT diploma" now advertising is "low fat, low carb, look good, feel healthy, diet this don't diet that... blah blah blah.... its evrywhere... even mcdonalds is promoting health!!" I work in a gym and even I am sick of it!! The whole westernised civilisation is so focused on health & looking good right now its unbeleivable! Damn it even troy is a member of a gym!!!!!!!! No surprise though that some people who do IT don't leave there chair they have no need do then start seeing health problems later on from inactivity in life..... Anyway thats enough health talk for now :-) P.S of course the majority of the people on here will be IT, who else can find time in their day besides IT people whilst the windows install takes 20 mins of thinking time of which you charge the customer...... ahahaha remember i was in IT for 5 years aswell! ahahah! easy money but damn there was no motivation!

Nice one Kym, it's good to see a lot of people have gone up the food chain so to speak!
-
Cazisk - I work for zest, manage 2 of em now. Osborne Park & Melville 36 in total across australia! one of my gyms is under half a mil worth of renovations, it is starting to look amazing!

Wow i just checked my post from 2 yeats ago! i wrote back then i will be in the gym scene for just 6 months... ....2 years on I am now the cluster manager of 2 gyms in one of australias/worlds biggest chains of gyms.... AND LOVING IT! hard work but its paying off! i think if anyone wants to perhaps write were you are now and whats changed, is everyone still in IT?... it actually quite amusing... HAAAHH Nizmo (Lauren) and I used to work in the government together back then.... she was everyones friend because you had to ask her politely if we could take one of the government vehicles to a meeting :-)
-
iF it is for external gate that counts me out. Still looks like T3 flange which is good. What are the advantages of something like this though? how much would also be imprtant :-)
-
Happy bday Lozza!!! I'm sure with all the gym work Paul has been doing he will give you a strip show tonight! It wasn;t so long ago that we were all getting drunk at Steves together!! and you gals were getting kicked out of the casino if memory serves me correct!

mid 13's.... for the GTR they run quicker than that standard... mid 12's from the manufacter. However the more common gtst seems to run stock standard 14's. So for a gtst to get that, prob looking for aftermarket ECU (power FC or Wolf) Dump and down pipes, cam gear, exhaust air pod, boost to 12psi. mayeb even aftermarket turbo REV210 was going for 12's with a strong suspension setup in his gtst with basically what i have mentioned above. i think in the end he also used a bit of giggle gas

Yeah well said, good to see an honest holden thread starting and not bagging.... so lets keep this on subject. Basically wht driver said. If you can tell us what the quarter is, then we can tell you what mods we need to get to that quarter mile time. Lots of power in the holden but a bit heavier than the skyline, however there is no lag in the NA engine. A GTR would give it a good run, however a gtst may need a few minor mods to get it up there.. this could be an interesting thread.... nice car!
