Pffft governemtn work is soo easy..... that what i though... until i realise that i am the poor bugger who has to make up for all those donut eating slackers that you hear about.... which other gov workers (besides Niz:D ) works on a friggin sunday night doing server changes for 5 hours... not just one sunday night but about 10 in the past 4 months!! not to mention 10 hour days for 3 weeks straight!... BAH humbug....plus some days without lunches... this job is going to take 15 years off my life i friggin swear!!

Jash @ C-red has let me borrow and has fitted some coilovers whilst my JIC's get sent over to queensland to get fixed. All fingers are crossed that they are fixed up ok. So we are half way through of the suspension saga.... does feel nice to have working suspension again and not bounce around for half an hour after each bump :-)

I don't buy nothing for ex's.... hence the reason why they are called ex's!.... maybe it's just me but it is really hard for me to stay friends with ex's.......... so the limit of your injectors of 326.3rwhp is that including the malpassi fuel regulator? Brett didn't seem to be a big fan of it the other day though????

Heya guys! Well I am doing a few mods again to the car and am wondering what limitations the standard Injectors, clutch, fuel pump and turbo have. This could be a good knowledge base should some of you guys want to perform mods in future:cool: I have heard that the clutch goes to about 250rwhp however i myself am making much more than that and is still holding ... JUST!! so i do agree with that statement as far as reliability goes now what about turbo: injectors: fuel pump: how many rwhp do you think they will last up to. also as discussed with members such as skyzer, rev210 and gtstvspec (THANKS GUYS:uh-huh: )instead of injectors a malpassi fuel regulator can be the way to go to get an extra 70 rwhp or so. i have heard ups and downs though about this. KILLERT did you have probs with your fuel regulator? anyone else?

True Kichigai, they don't want the 240kw to outperform the 260 kw V8 so they have made strict rules.... you touch the turbo you lose our warranty and our love:uh-huh: but yeah as mentioend they can be wound up a bit and outperfrom the v8 which is what i like to hear... however still carting around HUGE amount of weight! Skyzer:.... happily pulled over 281 at the rears last thursday.... still using standard clutch!! ahahaha!! Brett recons that it is amazing that standard clutch has last this long but new one is needed I am takeing off at lights like a grandma at the moment, .... soooo next thursday 9 puck going in.... PLUS ITC STILL NOT BLOODY INSTALLED!!! so looks like will be going higher.... Ummm still a few more other things going on... i don't want to really post figures till we have finished kinda keepinh a bit hush hushish for auto salon not everything i wanted done will be finished in time though which i am upset about but oh well...... Yup 240 Kilowatts and 1690Kgs... Oh has anyone mentioned that it actually failed 2 of the wheels magazine tests before it somehow won car of the year *gasp* yep thats right! Pls explain to me how it can win car of the year when it failed 2 tests.... especially when one of the failures was over heating! *please note this is not a rumour i have read this with my own eyes. www.smh.com.au if my memory serves me correct!* Also Ford has come under fire lately of it being 2 heavy for it's power, therefore they are undertaking some major projects to reduce weight! and a lot of it by the sounds of it.... seems wheels car of they year i s a little bit over rated. I do agree it is fantastic that ford is doing this however, more testing should have gone into it and perhaps a bit more thinking whats the house of having 240 kilowats when your car weighs as much as a frickin tank:uh-huh:

My friend just signed a binding contract that if he sells his Mitsubishi FTO then the 350z is his all up $66,000.... don't know and don't care how the contract works all i know is that i yelled at him for 2 reasons.... 1. he bought an FTo (need i say more!:uh-huh: ) for an overly inflated price and wasn't even mivec!!! try $24,000!!!!!!!!!! 2. I wouldn't pay $66,000 when in one year they would be about $50,000 with only about 10,000kms so it is nicely worn in for you!. I don't mind them too much but for that prioce the JMS skyline would be the go or a nice r33GTR vspec with 300kws at all wheels......

so in saying this once the new cam gear goes on it's relatively easy to whack the cover back on top no worries... might just take the cover off for special occasions or sumfin....

So Rev, do you think it is the little notches then or the big notches? that are the 2 degree counters? Oh also are you driving around with the cover off the cam gears? is it safe to do this? what happens if a rock came up and hit it?

However check out the mags carbon fibre bonnet, interior, body work... that thing has GTR body (by body i don't mean spoilers, i mean flares and guards) kit.. anoyone know where you can get a cheap GTR flare/guard kit? would be worth a bit? spoke to Jash about it and seemed quite expensive :-(
