  1. Why are you all sceptics?? I am a contractor and don't have work for a few weeks so I bought this car and put a excellent motor in it and now I'm selling it to get a little cash to pay the morgage. The reason I don't keep it is because I already have a gtr thats modded. Pics up tonight.

  3. Compression tested the car last night. Almost perfect. I got 157psi +/- 2 on all cylinders with my compression tester.
  4. Maybe you stock has picked up knock and is running the other map. Try disconnecting you battery for a while and put on the interior light for 2 minutes then reconnect everything. Possible??? Also try the diagnostic on the ecu? The factory ecu can by what I've been told reterd timing if it sensors knock something a pfc cannot.
  5. Lots of cars in Vic are making just under 350awkw arm with stock dumps. I personally believe that the dumps that redirect the gasses at 90degrees into the dump pipe 15cm down are a shit design. Go one large dia dump each turbo. As for afm's I have been told you can tune around stock afm's when they are maxed out over 260kw. If you stay stock afm's you get better tuning at light throttle/boost etc where the z32 don't give the resolution. One guy Ferni on here makes 330ish with gtss's and a fuel reg w/stock inj. Just my 2 cents
  6. I will put pics up soon after I wash the car but to let you know it looks like a dead straight gunmetal r32 gtr lowered with S15 wheels. Pics won't really show anything little defects. You've seen hundreds of them before. From experience its the people who call are genuine ones. I have never sold a car through the forums yet but I try all avenues. They can sit on here for months and one week after being on carsales/carpoint it will sell. I have one genuine interest already who called who will see the car later this week and if he doesn't want it it will be going to be advertised through carsales/carpoint etc. As I have said to many people - "If you can't afford a phone call for 2 minutes you can't affored a gtr!!!" Don't mean to sound rude but its the truth guys.
  7. For all the people offering swaps. I'm not really interested in anything unless its a gtst with a couple mods and say $7k cash adjustment. Or a blown engined or front damaged gtr to build into a track car with cash adjustment.
  8. This car is very clean on the outside but has a few blemishes on the inside interior.   9. I have a rb26 that I'm about to pull out of a gtr I have with low comp on 6th Just wondering where I could source some pistons to raise the compression to around 9:1. If its feasable I might build it and put it in my street/track car. I don't mind having just over 300rwkw. Just hoping to make it a little more responsive and fun to drive around the streets. I'm guessing I can make this type of power with the -5 turbos I have running around 20psi. The plan was to run a little more compression and less boost to make the power. I have heard of many gtr's runing around 9.1:1 CR Does this require expensive pistons or are they the same price as general forged pistons with a 020" overbore?
  10. Mate the easiest way to get the head off is to pull the motor out and what you see won't tell you anything if you lost oil pressure. Good luck it would take more than a few drinks for anybody to do it. Probably a whole days work.

  12. Bought this shell in the attempt to fix it but I have since bought another gtr with a blown motor so I need the space. Would also make an awesome rwd drift car. It is rolling with no running gear or brakes. Has: most of the interior, seats etc. Missing a few switches etc. Heater box and aircond box underdash. Front looks like its never been hit. No front bar or grill. Should be getting a bonnet next week. Sitting on S15 rimd with good semi comp tyres. All the looms are there exept the engine to passenger foot well. Bad points - requires a beaver panel welding in. - Rear quarter requires fininshing welding in. Looking for $2700 atm. Melbourne
  13. Just bought another engine to go into my car as I don't have the time atm to put in new pistons and rings. Good comp around 165 on other cylinders. Bad one around 70. Coming out this w/e. Purfect to build instead of having your car off the road. $2700 including turbos, inlet plenum etc - Everything that pretty much comes out when the engine is pulled out. No loom etc Melbourne
  14. Out of a gtr I have. Swapping some of the gear out of it to stock to make it cheaper to sell. Height and damper adjustable - No leaks. Inc springs to stop silly questions - Don't know rates $750 Located in Melb
  15. Bonnet and grill sold. Guard liners sold. Still $50 and say $15 postage. Lines are worth nothing. I might be selling the whole complied rolling shell with diff and driveshafts soon.
  16. You undo the wheel nuts take the wheel off and put the r33 ones on. As for needing experience on gtr's to fit brakes there are only about 5 bolts to undo and retighten. Stop stressing mate. As for ebc reds I melted a set in a 280rwkw gtr at the track. Go the ebc yellows in you want ebc and don't listen to the guy in the shop if he tries to sell you reds for the track. They would be fine for the street though. Just put different pads back in when you get home from the track. Its worth it. Maybe $700 all up for my setup. R33 brembo are the same pad length but extend about 5mm further down so most people are gaining more by going the larger disk than the caliper in my opinion. All I have is ebc yellows with spaced out calipers and slotted 324mm $90 rda rotors with big castor rod air deflectors and cut the backing plate from behind the front and rear disks. No need to spend massive $ and my disks have never warped. Most people who are spending massive dollars on brakes in gtr's with under 300kw most likely need to learn to drive and get their cars to handle better and carry more corner speed so their not relying on the brakes so much. Put the money into suspension if you want to go faster. I'm in Seaford and can fit them if needed. Pm me. Set your car to 355mm front and rear from centre of wheel to guard to begin with.

Be a little more reasonableand put something like anything over $500 in the next week will get it or give your ph no and they can call you. People don't have time to put in offers and wait 2 months to find out if they've got it. I'll offer $750 if its a gtst manual and I can get it this w/e.
