what year & series are the r33 parts from?? -
I doubt they are the same as " Kaixen " hid kits, the Kaixen kits go for MSRP: $599 but I’ve seen them from a SAU business trader for $399inc delivery. For a HID kit $220 is pretty cheap, the lowest price for a kit i've seen is $190 delivered which would take at least about a week to get to your door.

The globes themselves are 35W which normal halogen lamps are 50W or more, the Kelvin (K) rating of the globes has to do with the "Color Temperature".
