    hey all just bought my self a carbon fibre bonnet today.. wondering if anyone has installed one.. any hassels with installing them.. thinkin about giving it ago my self.. anything i should watch for? also anyone wanna gimme a hand lol (provide lunch) hahah i'm from metro syd area. any help would be great.. cheers

    yes u can do that... they weld a pipe to the end of the SSQV BOV.. so the plumb back valve can connect to it.. u get the sound and the plumb back half half no wat i mean? i got the SSQV as well, but i just learned to drive so it doesnt happen...

    if must be the bov i have afte market atmo BOV does the same thing (but manual) once i put the factory BOV nothing is wrong

    i agree with allbitz it's gonna cost at least 10k to fix u;ll get about 4g for the wrcked parts. you'll pbly have to get a new front cut to fix dat..

    Hey peeps here my 2cents.. I had a go against a 98 model WRX my mods were FMIC 3in turbo back runing 11psi agint the WRX turbo back Carbon bonnet running 13psi (in controlled conditions.. both running in street tyres... first run i beat him by Half a bonnet second was pretty close too wasnt able to pull away neith was he.. maybe if i only haad 1/4 tank of petrol instead of full LOL every lil bit helpsss haha
