My mates Walbro pump cacked it after about 10months (180sx). I also had a Walbro, however when my car was on the dyno one time my tuner told me that my car was leaning out and believed that it was the pump starting to fail, but im not 100% convinced that it was the pump. I replaced it with a Bosch 040 Im pretty sure though that my pump was a genuine Walbro as it had the emblem and serial number engraved on the pump. There was a fair few copies going round though on NS.com
