  1. it prob has sumthin to do with maybe fuel or boost cut.....i had the same prob but mine was boost cut at 1.2 bar so i just ran 1 bar

  5. hey i have a SARD rising rate fuel regulator to put on...........would i get any power gains from just putting that on now without a big fuel pump....and how much fuel pressure should i have if i put on a Bosch 044 pump
  6. its runnin 1bar boost..........ive tried to run 1.2bar but the computer has a boost cut at 1.2
  7. its ok if its a has a bit of lag but id like to see it hit boost before 5000rpm, i want it around 3800 - 4000rpm, im going to invest in a stainless manifold and a split dump pipe to help.
  8. nah its really laggy, my mate that owned the car b4 me got it done he just took it to some place at slack creek (i think AGC Performance or sumthing) he got a steel wheel put in it and the center section isnt an rb20 one. He never got ball bearings put in it cos it was costing him to much, so she doesnt hit full boost till 5000rpm, im goin to get ball bearings put in it though to help this lag. i think its just one of those standard high flowed jobs that most people get done
  9. my car came with a steel pod...yesterday i made a sheild that stops the heat from being sucked in. and i have a nice pipe coming up from the stock intercooler pipe spot that just pumps cool air onto the pod...but the pod is fully sectioned off from the engine now

  11. hey how can i get more power from me RB20, it currently has a High Flowed turbo (laggy as all hell), 3 inch exhaust turbo back, HKS front mount, a japan tuned rom, and 1 bar boost, it has a stocko fuel system and stock internals.. i need a good recipe to make 250 - 280rwkw....will the high flowed unit do this, and wat should i get done to make this power? :flamed:
  12. I want a Map sensor though cos i hate the fact that the atmospheric bov mucks around with the stalling and stuff. can you tune the power fc so it can still have an atmospheric bov and tune it so it doesnt stall and splutter. Or will it do this with using an AFM no matter wat.
  13. i was wondering does the stainless dump pipes you can buy for your rb20/25 worth getting...im talking about one with a wastegate segregator and a seperate pipe for the wastegate........do they give you any power gains over just a big 3 inch dump pipe....would they give you less lag???
  14. The high mount ones are so you can fit larger turbos under your hood but im pretty sure that the new GT30 rb20/25 bolt-on job can still fit on the stocko manifold and thats a pretty big turbo for an RB20

  17. hey guys i was wondering were everybody get there RB20 ecu's from, mine came pre chipped from japan in the car, since then i have a few more mods and wanna get the computer retuned or buy a whole system and replace it, where do i get this done for the tune i live in brisbane. And wat aftermarket computers do they sell that fits my R32 GTS-T........does anybody know where to buy a Power FC for one.. cheers :Bang:
  18. Do you think that these manifolds will overlap the cyclinders and cause turbulence, or have that put a little bit of effort into making them and made them so they dont.....Alls i want is less lag aye and i dont have the money for new cams
  19. sodo you guys think it would be a good idea to purchase one of these stainless manifolds the china ones off ebay ssautochrome. i just have a problem with spool up time and need to reduce it badly i thought this might help a bit. i have currently a high flowed t3 with t4 steel wheelso she doesnt hit full boost till 5000rpm and im running 1 bar boost i have a 3.5inch exhaust and HKS front mount. Im going to get a ball bearing turbo later on but i wanted to know if it would be good to get this manifold for m high flowed turbs, and use it when i get my new one....my rb lack a big amount of torque until 5000rpm it gives ya a decent kick in the guts...
  20. Just the bolt-on low mount jobs...with no external gate pipe....would they increase spool up time if so by how many rpm you think..... does it really matter if its not equal length tubes...coz the orignal manifold isnt equal length eh...
