  1. DANGER TO MANIFOLD
  2. If it has a .9 in it replace it with a .9
  3. Use a drag net at popular fishing spots, youll have a better chance there.
  4. f**kin wow alright haha. Yeah see I just wanna be able to bolt it on, ram 18pound through the guts, put fuel in it and away I go. Obviously Iv missed tuning n shit but you get the point. So ill play the waitin game till these GTX turbos land here and then do a bit of shopping around, might make up for a late xmas present. If the GTX 3071 can flow 10% more then a GT3076 Id like to see the performance of a GTX3076 .82 on the rb25.
  5. Nah 2k for just the turbo I was talking about haha. Manifold, gate, dump is all under control already. Anything with a GT30 core will bolt straight up to wat I can get my hands on. I do like that t67 25g kando turbo aswell but I dont like f**kin around with flanges n shit cause im far to lazy for that. I will most likely hang out for either the GTX 3071 or the GTX 3076 and go with either or.
  6. Just had a gander at the Kando Dynamics T67 25g... Wow lol
  7. Dont wanna fork out anymore then 1800-2000 for a turbo. Just rang MTQ and they are saying that the GTX series will be goin for around the 2k mark so Ill hang out till they have stock and go from there.
  8. Can any1 sum it up in cliffs with these GTX series turbos? Main differences?
  9. Isnt the GT-RS a fairly expensive turbo? Iv seen a few skyline vary in power from 300 - 400 with these Id like to keep boost around the 16-18 psi mark if this helps anymore
  10. Ok since my car is bat shit boring and I wanna get back into sliding again after never owning a 6cyl in my life Id like some opinions on a best suited turbo for the internally stock rb25det. Basically all I aim for is a cost effective song engine combination that will aid in me sliding like a happy camper once again. I WILL be using a stock manifold with an external wastegate mod done sponsored by a fellow member 10WRB but Im still retarded in picking a turbo that would be best suited for wat I want. I have seen a few posts about a GTX3076 and I do know a 3076 can make 400hp which would be enough for wat I need so Im here for more extra input befor I lash out and by something to big or to small and Ill end up in tears. End of the day I wanna be able to bake tyres, have the reliability without goin over the top and to keep it looking semi stock. Cheers
  11. Hows the frotn bar? Also do you have the top dash vent on the drivers side right next to the pillar
  12. If your lucky sometimes you can spray inox around the bolt and twist it with your pinkie/long nose pliers till it comes out. Thats only if its not thread bound.
  13. Comments like this wont get you far on this site bud...
  14. Need more information.
  15. cheers bloke, found the pics and looks nuts.
  16. I live by a common rule of thumb when playing with modded cars... Its the price YOU pay to PLAY.
  17. Any1 with an R33 Gtst rolling on 18x10 +22 (rear) and 18x9 +15 (front) or there abouts care to post up some pics please?
  18. I tried the tape mod to no avail so the next best thing (without buyin new coils) I took the coils out while still in their metal frame and filled the outsides with sikaflex to pretty much fill the gap from the coil pack to the metal frame itself. Stopped the miss fire with a set of new plugs and its been goin strong for over 4000kms so far.
  19. Just mark on the CAS and on the cover itself so you know where to place it back. Theres only 4 bolts that held mine on, 2 at the top and 2 half way down the front of the engine. and then just wiggle it off.
  20. Move the afm to a spot after the intercooler and then run straight 4" intake
  21. Thanks for the input lads
  22. Hey Brad its Christian dude those pillars where done by the bloke b4 me so I just assume they are some sticker type stuff. Found the keys for the car too so Ill have them posted down in a few days.
