I contacted one of the tuners at LINK and he told me that they have got 295+HP from the stock R34GTR (at the wheels, without any mods) and with additional mods it can only go up. Then again, I am from Trinidad in the West Indies so I have to take what they say. as I progress with the tune I will let you guys know. One thing, you can really get addicted to driving the R34GTR.

The owner of the car already had it installed in the car. He was duped into buying it. The original installer could not get the car working good, so they brought the car by me. I work on his Dragster so he thinks I can do a better job than the installer. I did manage to get his Idle down and the surging also the trottle response. I still have the boost problem where I need to retard for the boost and map fuel for higher speeds. The car is running rich at the moment but I had to leave it like that because the installer had the link set up for max boost and not incremental. I will have to find out what the installer did and get back to you. I know for a fact that the car is not firing sequential since they set it up for group injector firing, this I also have to fix. Do you have an e-mail address I can write to.

There are no mods on the car as yet. The owner was told that the link would be able to faciliate upgrades later-on when he did any modifications. I'm stuck with it right now. I will have to do the best I can with it. It is twin turbo (stock), only 14 psi each (I think). What is the "bac valve"?. Where can I download a manual for this car (in english)?. I may be able to split the MAP sensor and send a signal to the link since it uses TPS and MAP for control. Do you think its better to run the car on TPS control alone?.

Yes, I am from trinidad and I am not too familar with this car and engine, I've tuned a couple WRXs and I work more on the Dragster's here. I do the electrical, computer and nitrous systems on the Rails. http://www.partytimeracing.20megsfree.com and http://www.mintcars.20megsfree.com. I need information like the stock timing, if the car has a MAP sensor, the max boost on the stock engine etc. I already did some tuning on the car but I think I have not been able to get the full potential of the engine as yet.

Hey guys. I am new to the forum and I joined because I was entrusted with an R34 GTR to tune. The car has an RB26DETT engine with a 6 speed gearbox. My friend installed a LINK plus management system and I am trying to tune it now. Any one did this mod before and can give me some pointers?
