I do not think you understand the concept of having the modified sump.
The extra capacity is there because it's a differnet size and can hold more oil before the level goes too high and starts becoming whipped up and airated by the crank, by adding more oil than is the maximum level on ANY engine that isn't dry sumped you will get air in the oil, and air in the oil going onto your bearings etc is bad.
The reason for the baffles etc is to stop the oil from getting away from the pickup, holding more oil is just a bonus of the system. By adding more oil to a stocker you arent getting the benifits of the modified sump.
BTW, after the track day where does this extra litre of oil you add go? Does it magically dissapear, burn, what?
