factory ecu,rb25 turbo(stock) 3" turbo back zorst i seen it hit 24psi before it blew an intercooler pipe off.So i find the above statement incorrect.

congrats dude. Make sure you lock her up when your out. you already got the 3L btm end, just save for that 25 or 26 head + turbo. should take until your on full license. all the best!

oops, meant to say "The biggest battery I have is a 4200" which was the biggest at the time of purchase. So you run 2x 6000 batteries to achieve a 2 hour runtime. I dont like my 4200 anymore,id rather have 2 or 3 1800 batteries.

This may suck to mention but i remember when i was going through the whole personalised plate thing,the RTA did mention to me that if my plates were stolen or lost they will only reproduce i think it was 1 extra set of plates and after that they would not make anymore.Hence have to choose a new style #plate. Better check that 1 out Doof. Goodluck

Maybe just put those TRAFFIC plates on your car untill the RTA/Police return your plates,but i would let the RTA/Police know about the TRAFFIC plates, see what they say? I know it's still an inconvenience THEM losing YOUR paid for plates,but they make the rules.So best to be safe. Goodluck

2hour battery sounds crazy, whats it weigh? 15kgs? LoL my biggest battery is like 4200 some well known blue colour brand. Anywho, check out www.srcd.com rc drifting website for sydney folk,but plenty of info on where and what to buy and even a few online shops located in japan trade on the site. I have a HPI E10,, crap when they first come out,but now theres a few hop ups for it and with a decent motor makes 1 nice drifter.Like someone said above,im not going for world champion so don't need anything too spectacular. It does what i bought it to do and it does it with style. Oh yeh and theres a guy on the srcd forum who sells ABS tires. i got like 6 sets for $30 and not sure if its yokomo or HPI but i got some proper drift tires that run plastic rings on the tires.their awesome for upfront. Note : 100% smooth surface is a must. Goodluck with it.

will that s/s intake pipe fit straight onto a rb20det with std rb25 turbo on it running std afm and std airbox? are the nipple things on it in correct location for a rather stock set up? Cheers Also got my eye on that combined dump & front pipe. Thanks

mines 89 with smooth black plastic(lol that sounds wrong) and yeah there is a difference in 1 of the oil lines for the turbo. But thats no concern when purchasing carpet.

currently with Just cars 3rd party fire and theft only. $600 something changing to Shannon's in November $1376 a year for $12000. excess wasn't much. with Shannon's i was told the car needs to be in a lock up garage when at home address and because my bad driving history was more then 5yrs ago im all sweet.So nothing to worry about or no extra charges. Oh yeh and thats on a partially driven car rate. i was told to add 6-700 ontop if it was a daily driver. im 25 on full license and located at Doonside.
