Although I don't have this system, I do have a dual N1 Kakimoto...
Quiet it is NOT! I would say around 95db or so and a small hint of resonance around 3.5rpm. It is a 75mm inlet, splits into twin 65mm pipes (each one with a tiny little resonator each) and runs through to twin 100mm canon tips. It sounds pretty grunty down low and opens up into a really racey growl.
I would expect the Apexi to be quieter though as it is mild steel piping and has a large middle muffler/resonator that both pipes run through. I have seen these for sale on ebay for a pretty reasonable price ~$1150.
I agree with Abo Bob, guaranteed breakdown!!
seriously tho,
I do nearly 700 kms a week in a 115,000km 33 gtst...
spirited driving,
track,
commuting,
service and look after your car and you'll be fine
Just grabbed some parts from Adrian, a top bloke!! Honest and trustworhty, all parts are as appear in the pictures.
Was a shame to see such a sweet car lookin like that though
Man, I abuse my car in terms of usage.
I average around 700 a week in a 33 gtst.
Alot of highway/freeway type driving and I usually get around 12l/100kms.
Living 60ks away from your workplace is bad!
Thanks dude, that was actually the one I was thinking of getting. I've spoken to him about it quite a bit. I appreciate the thought though!!
Lucky for me.. I have sourced a "Kakimoto Hyper2000 FullMega N1+Dual" as pictured above. (Just love how Japanese the name sounds )
So I'm sure the line will be sounding a whole lot beefier on Monday.
Thanks to my boy Sidd for the hookup, and thanks for all the replies.
Purchased this a few weeks ago but my mechanic suggested I go for an 044 due to my power target.
Plenty of info on these pumps, do a search if you need.
Couldn't get get a refund/exchange so I'm selling it here. Was purchased form a reputable seller on these forums for $230 + postage.

Thanks mate! It sounds pretty good. Definately beefier than mine, but maybe not quite enough
Sidd, I look forward to hearing from ya tomorrow!
Allblitz, depending on what Sidd says tomorrow I might have to take you up on that. My only thought is that gtst system splits after the flange on the cat, whereas the full twin would run two cats. Is that right?
It might actually be a pic of your exhaust I found this pic on the forums while I was looking for info on the one I'm considering.
Do you have any means of recording the sound? I'd love to hear one. Do you have anymore to add in terms of a review?
I'm thnking of getting one of these systems...
If someone has one, how loud is it? db? Soundfiles would be awesome!! Is it stainless or coated/painted mild steel?
I know Fujitsubo exhausts get a great rap on these forums. Just wanna know if this has a good rumble to it, I currently have a Nismo stainless catback that barely sounds different to stock. I want the trademark RB rumble low down and the nice bark up top. Currently it just sounds like a blowing noise.
I'd prefer something like the Kakimoto twin pipe/canon catbacks but cannot find one anywhere. If anyone has one or knows where to find one please let me know.
