  1. Love it. Just dont have the cash
  2. Fark that thing looks awesome...
  3. All the recline gear is on one side, some weird chain and sprocket arrangement. Might be very hard to swap side to side
  4. Cash grab for the owners, publicity for the law firm. Doubt they will get very far, maybe some Bunnings gift cards
  5. Cars up there are insanely expensive overall, same with the on-road costs. But, they get autobacs and nice pothole free roads....
  6. those butts...
  7. Mirror motor is the same as a local 1998-2002 Maxima. Even the harness matches.
  8. 3-5k will build a decent oem replacement system with some good quality gear but sound off, that's a whole different story. amps and subs cost a lot when pushing those kinds of power and decibel levels. plus, you would be up against some cars that have had six figures spent on the installs, so its a case of go hard or go home
  9. electrical is pretty much the same as any other audio setup, just at a bigger scale. you would at least need several batteries wired in parallel, some fat 0 gauge cabling between the batteries and the amps, upgraded alternator, properly rated fuses, a set of amps capable of driving all the speakers and subs you plan to install and maybe some capacitors as well. i haven't done a setup like that myself, my most complex build was just a standard head unit/splits/pair of coax/two amps and a sub so wouldn't call myself an expert
  10. here is an example
  11. buy the right car first (panelvan, wagon, van, etc) then turn it into a giant sub enclosure. remove flex from all panels, seal everything up, with a shitload of expanding foam, sound deadener, bog and plywood... then, fill it with the biggest subs possible, a crapload of high power amps with the right amount of power for the subs, good dozen of deep cycle batteries to provide the current, and don't forget all the zero gauge cabling
  12. getting it registered with an older engine might be your biggest issue
  13. Clean and cheap. I'd go for it but already have a 34 project
  14. S should stand for Shit driver. Plates issued based on fine and accident claim history
  15. Waiting for my copy in the mail. Big fan of 3 and NV so looking forward to playing the new one on PS4. I have the older games on PC and PS3 but prefer to play on PS3, even though the graphics are way better on PC. Better to sit on the couch in front of a big TV and the PS controller is pretty well suited to the gameplay. Not as accurate as the mouse but suits me fine
  16. Its a Fiat built by commies - at least with a proper engine now
  17. "slide" and "rear"
  18. My bro's Stag always seems to be on boost too, one of the very first things I've noticed once we installed a boost gauge. Need to fully back off the throttle for boost to drop O2 sensor did help but its still thirsty, probably less than 400km per tank. Weight and small capacity engine don't help I spose
  19. Collinite is the bomb. I'm also a big fan of Naviwax Ioncoat, its a Japanese product very similar to Collinite 476 but is applied to a wet car and removed while drying the car. Zero streaks and takes about 10 minutes. Too bad it's discontinued now
  20. checked my car, its a hitachi boost sensor sitting on that brass bracket
  21. Looks like an aftermarket tuner job not a factory special
  22. I think there's a boost sensor that sits up there normally. Could be wrong though
