  1. if it gets worse then worry about it lol :Dj:
  2. I have found this manfiold aswell. Dunno about it but it looks dodgy. $$$550 from garage 1
  3. could also be ur brake master cylinder leaking brake fluid into the booster, hence through vacuum hoses and then into your engine... it burns white aswell. Food for thought
  4. i have the same thing, if i slowly take off from idle-2000rpm it vibrates. I put it down to being a heavy duty clutch as everything else is brand new
  5. would u say it spools earlier or comes on harder or both? Is there a gain over the stock item?
  6. I should clarify. I would like a low mount stainless manifold that retains stock position. Preferably around the 600-1000 mark... thanks
  7. Hi all Long story short, cracked manifold, need new one. I was wondering what you blokes think about aftermarket manifolds. I need a manifold that retains the STOCK position. I dont want to have to **** around with anything like exhaust etc. Are there any manifolds that are the log type, low mount and retain the stock possi. Also, where is the best place to source one from. Thanks in advance
  8. i run around .9-1 bar on my stock turbo.. after 140k's no shaft play on turbo and wheels arent warped neither are the housing. I run it on .5-.6 bar to put around town tho. around 1 bar is only for short spurts. I have some sort of engine management to keep the AF's in a great line :Dj:
  9. Well You Take Dick
  10. the owner that had it before me had it most of the work done by bob hawkins. Does anyone know what chips he uses?
  11. Thats sweet. Hehe thats a win for me. I thought the eagle rods may have been weak but I guess you get what you pay for.. so hows that.. 1500 for a full set of crowers
  12. Name: Mitch Ride: '95 GTS-t Colour: Silver Standouts: The most stock looking with chrome rims and lowered suspension Car isnt on the road at the moment... motor is getting rebuilt.. will be keen for a cruise in HOPEFULLY!$#!#@ 3 weeks time damn you nat cam and jase
  13. Hi all I had my order stuffed up by the place I was getting pistons and rods from and I got rb26 Crower rods instead of the eagle rods I ordered... 1500 for eagle Anyways.. what I was wondering is that alot of people use rb26 GTR rods so I was wondering if the rods I have will be useable cause I dont wanna go to eagle if I got the crowers if you know what I mean Thanks in advance
  14. my r33 apparently is limited at 7000 but i can fly past that to around 7800 is the futrthest im willing to take it. Also has no speed limiter.. and the tune is really good (see dyno sheet) so im guessing its got a chip? anyone know what types of 'chips' people put in these ECU's?
  15. well i did do the outside then with some woolen polish stuff and it worked good aswell thought im sure there is still some on the inside lol
  16. well i must say im pretty darn sure its dirty on the inside but i will go and try the toothpaste method and lets ya's know
  17. nah, they are fairly dirty and ive cleaned the front of the lense anyhoo. I dunno how the feck im gonna get them apart.. they look fairly well glued together any other suggestions?
  18. Hey all I was just wondering how you guys go about cleaning the lenses on the headlights and how you get the lenses off. Ive taken all those little clips off and some screws but the fugger doesnt seem to wanna come off. Is there a nack with it or do you just try and lever it apart because the glue is being a pain in the a$$ to get it apart. Any ideas? Cheers
  19. AAC valve is located on the inlet manifold, towards the firewall its fairly easy to see, 2 round cylinder things with a few bolts, take the whole thing off makes it much easier
  20. well in my r33 coupe its doing 108mp trap with 13.5 on the quarter... lots of wheelspin and a bad 60 footer will do this... but oh well
  21. just try any spare parts supplier. I'm sure you can get one to fit. Try not to say its on a skyline just say nissan cause they get all fuddled up about them... heh
  22. Hi all Just by looking at my AFM it LOOKS to be a 80mm one with a pinky sticker on it and has the numbers 22680-31U00 A36-608 E60 5331E They were all the numbers I could find on it and the car is making a touch over 200rwkw with a 13.5@108 which is around 200rwkw i think I'm just curious as to whether it is a Z32 AFM because of hearing that the stock one is fairly limited. Thanks in advance
  23. Oh I see. Ok I new that I had to order the RB30 mains, but I'm not to sure about the SR20 idea. Are they the exact item just to suit the 4 cyl, so I'll need to buy 8 right?
  24. Hi all... Having some trouble regarding bearings for my RB25. I have been getting prices and what not for big-end and main bearings. I have been quoted around 250 for big end and main bearings, but, APPARENTLY you can only get the big-ends from nissan genuine. Does this sound right to you guys? As I work in a workshop we have very good sources for parts and I need to know if this autobarn wang is pulling my leg or not? Cheers
  25. possibly a leaking exhaust manifold gasket or cracked manifold... but I'd say you would hear that... no ticking noises are there?
