Spoke to some misc body shops that do custom work, spoke to Custom Carbon via email as well - They have seemed pretty helpful. Seems to be welding another section in, is the cheapest - Most qoutes are around the $1000 inc paint. Could be my best option I think. Had too many issued with water getting under the frame where the glass met the frame – Ended up repairing that and running a seal around the main outer seal and roof skin. Never leaked too bad around the main seal, but in heavy rain it would start to smell like a wet dog

Not to go off on a tangent too much from this build thread, but seeing you posted I shall post the crap your company sold to me, then didn’t want to know about it nor want to inspect it for a design fault. This clutch, was installed by a clutch specialist, this clutch lasted not even 72hrs. I wanted a clutch to use in my car as my OS twin plate was getting rebuilt. The phone monkey at the time was adamant this would be up to the task… To be honest as this was a couple of years ago, I’m not even phased if you reply.

Hey Dave can you do me a big favor!! Can you take some measurements of your roof and cage for me? 1) Front of roof to where main centre hoop cage sits (taken from top off roof and centre) 2) Height of cage centre hoop from mounting feet 3) Distance of front hoops to roof taken from the top of the front hoop to the top of the roof and the distance of the top of the centre hoop and top of the roof. I’m trying to determine if a non sunroof cage will physically fit into a sunroof R32 without hood lining (to allow room for extra height).
