Will CAMS pop a few kittens out if I were to run a sunroof replacement panel? Why you may ask? Current roof leaks and the metal frame around the glass is starting to rust – This offers no form of upgrade to what is only a club car, Nissan can't/won't supply me with replacement parts anymore

I have a highly abused rb20det in need of an oil change, what would be recommended? It gets driven pretty hard and will continue to get driven pretty hard. It's also anyones guess just how many kay's are really on it As per attached photo it also is starting to get questionable oil pressure every now and then at idle. Advice and brand/weight would be great. Thanks
