Units in hotel/resorts tend to have a higher body corp. then units not in a hotel/resort complex. You my friend clearly are a developer. Depending where you are and so forth and if you can subdivide the block, it is normally around $50k a block (roughly) in fee’s. In Noosa Shire I know it isn’t far off the mark.
