Buderim is nice, but old. Think Kedron/Asply but brick, not so much the Queenslanders. Have been lots of reno’s going on, and big property brings big money - But at the end of the day lots of old people. This can be good and bad I guess. I can only suggest taking a drive and just having an explore, I wouldn’t live there as it’s too hilly my car has a hard enough time on flat roads in town.
Mountain Creek is a nice area, but it also has a high % of rental’s in the “newer” etstateish parts. Close to everything, and what not - But when you put too many renter’s together you get problems. Again take a drive, and have a look around, some parts are much like Bridgman Downs with big estate homes ect.
Are you looking to buy or rent?
