At this stage we could possibly acquire one, not facing the river for something around "The 700"s". I did some research and no 3 bedroom in XYZ Dr has sold under the $700,000 mark for quite some time now. 2 bedrooms, depending on condition and position have been achieving no less than 490,000 and as much as $650,000. We can gingerly approach people so we don't get any owners dreaming up un-realistic price's, but when we had unit 19 for sale in there (2 bedroom - Sale price = $650,000), everyone else wanted top dollar at that point in time as well.
