I’ve got a few away, but I’m not really interested in residential sales, it bores me to be honest, there is not enough money in it for the amount of time you waste, unless you’re a big player with big dollar properties. I spend 90% of my time doing development work now, project marketing, all the way for example to what I’m doing now with the board lay out and design to more fun things like finding sites ect ect. Been getting pretty worn out though, you know where I’m coming from.. Pretty keen on that job I told you about, would be nice to get.

Interesting you think the GT3540 is laggy, I would have thought it’s too small for a 2jz. We’ve played with a Supra that had a GT40 or GT42, I forget, never the less, far from a lag monster. Had no issue’s frying his 315 tires on the highway, and all he had was fmic, fuel system, cams and ecu, would have been making boost the same rpm your 3540 seems to be.
