  5. Ouch, banks have got more hursh nowadays. My example was based on a few mates, but I guess intrest rates an such have changed since then.
  6. Generally need to be 18 to get the loan in your name, usually need a full time job (Part time should be ok if you’ve been there for a while) and need to be employed for a minium of 3 months. I wouldn’t get a car loan, get a personal loan, thus you can spend the money on what ever, and you wont need full comp insurance. You also need money in the bank to prove you can “save”. You can only borrow x% of what you earn, x% change’s person to person IE: living status, what your out going costs are and so forth. They also take into account the what if factor of interest rates going up when the work out the x%. If you are clearing $300per week, pending your living status and what your out goings are you should be able to borrow $15k roughly over a long term. Best bet would be to just go in and put in a application and see what happens, I’m only 19 and have something like $30k borrowed, but I’m on an ok wage plus commission, can afford more then the weekly repayments and are able to write the interest and the depression value of the car off on tax.

Plenty more horse power left to be had if you ditch the F-con, or wait until Matty Spray at PITS gets his F-con softwear up and running, for a retune. The car has been built as a weekend slider, and street warrior. I don’t have quarter mile times, nor never will due to lack of traction and interest in setting the car up for times. What the car has been BUILT for and gets USED for reflects its condition! People who want a “show car” need not ring; this isn’t the car for you. In saying that – The car is clean and only has minor marks and a few pin dents. The trim and inside is generally clean, the drivers seat has a small rip in it from my belt, dash is mint and has all aircon vents. Car is owned by an executive, and often sees daily duties, no over heating problems. Been through peak hour morning traffic in Brisbane more then once. Young and inexperienced would-be drivers need not ring either; you won’t get past my gates. I won’t be held accountable from parents for selling a death trap. I had this car sold 8 weeks ago for $24k unfortunately the sale fell over. I’m asking now $23,500ono. The car owes a lot more but my loss is some one else’s gain. I’m the first Australian owner, and got the car from a broker, genuine reason for sale; lack of interest and need the money for invesments and a new European. I'm already spinning 490rwhp or there abouts, but wouldn't mind looking into a rb30 bottom end in the new year, and maybe a new ECU, as I'm still running a Fcon. What about engine detail work? My bay looks a mess. What do you charge pr/hr ect? Deals for cars going into mags ect? *edit* Will you have your own dyno? Any one within your workshop good at tuning?

  12. I’m already running a Trust oil cooler, at quick glance I haven’t been able to get the size, either way its pretty damn big. I understand we’re getting into the warmer months, but 130-degree oil temp?? This is around town temp, high way temp it’s around 90-degree+ (Up from 60-degree in the cooler months). My water temp hasn’t gone over 84-degrees in traffic, Do I have anything to worry about? It just seems a little to high.. <_< Car is pretty modified if that’ll help in the replies, motor is an rb25det.

  19. Cheers AzzurrA, but I run a huge top mount set up, can't use the factory dump/front pipe stuff anymore. Just need to tone down the car for a little while, hopfuly just a facory zost will do it, with out having to add anymore mufflers to that.
