In saying this.. There are a few people at Pro Rentals in Toowoong making no less than $120k per year.. Duno if I have the tolerance to deal with THAT many tenants.

I have one in riparian plaza, bank value $3.8million. For you.. $2.8million. Brisbane Real Estate sucks if you need to sell in the current market.. It's a friggen cash cow if you have the captial to buy + pray on the kooks who over borrowed. CBD is a bit of a c*nt though, I was based in there, banks were starting to ask for 40% deposit.
