It actually has some theory behind the madness. Technically to dabble in my own developments without paying too much outsourcing for people to oversee things, you need or need certain aspects of a builder’s license. I am looking at working for someone who can offer a trade, which is a % towards a builder’s license. However the position isn’t an apprenticeship or anything. Essentially I’m more of less looking at ways of bypassing certain parts of uni if I was to do a degree in property development and or dabble in my own ventures by making it easier. I'm kinda shifty.. But it's legit and done often.
