  2. Hi Guys. As the title says I'm after a R33 GTR front lip preffer a series 3 lip. I currently have a N1 pront lip with diffuser and am prepared to trade also. If someone can point me to an original plastic lip please do so. Cheers.

  4. Hey that's my car at last years meet. I will definitely be in. This time I hope my new clutch will hold up. Would like to see the stock engine and fuel, do a mid 11 sec pass before she goes.
  5. $800 for a PFC tune!!!!!!!! He's gotta be crazy! Yes, the cars I have seen come out of his shop 'seem' pretty good, but $800+ for a tune is absurd. $450-$600 tops is about right. Go see Ray at RE Customs. My GTR still has stock fuel system and stock air flow meters and makes 300 awkw's. Has been for 6 years, no drama's yet also with stock bottom end.
  6. After seeing to Evo 9's make around 220 awkw's with only air mods and tune and a monster Evo 8 make 323 awkws I would definitely be taking my Evo to RE Customs. I have never seen a car like that Evo make so much low down power and still make a huge total. I think these guys would have to be one of the best tuning shops in Melb at the moment. Healthy tunes with big power. Now if Ray could only make time to fit my car in www.recustoms.com.au
  7. Lol! you know me Jack, I'm a soft cock. Not enough time spent in the GTR and too much time driving a diesel 4x4. The speeds you guys are going at now, just scares me Heck anything over 120kmph scares. That's the 4b's top speed Maybe Sandown. Anyway Matt knows his place is behind a GTR, that's why he's too scared to buy one. Gee with the money he's spent on his thing, he could have bought a real nice GTR, which would be much quicker.
  8. No I'm not the expert but turbo place that inspected it are Like I said in the previous post.. I don't hit walls You might have been quicker which all comes down to practice, but if you want to make this a dick thing by saying your car is quicker than mine or (or your d..ks bigger than mine) ...well we both know the truth to tha now don't we......Mine on both occassions. LOL You might be dumb enough to push it to the limit and care if you hit a wall so if taht will make you quicker, so be it It's all a bit of fun Matt.
  9. Not sure if you call a HKS copy turbo a quality part, but I suppose when you start putting GTRguards, GTR rear difuser and GTR off set rims on a GTT you can think many weird things... As to the synchros, as mentioned in previous posts, my bad, I shouldn't have gone out with a worn clutch. live and learn. Also, at least I can keep it off the wall...even if I only go to the track once a year, it's still off the wall Just admit it, you have GTR envy

  12. The way I understand it, is that if there is an extra litre in there then it will increase oil pressure, thus creating more blow by?????

  18. I am thinking about swaping orselling my GTR so I thought I'd gauge interest. I am only interested in selling it in Vic. No interstate deals. I am the first owner in Aus. I have had it for almost 6 years and have only done 8,000km approx. I have papers to show this. The car has extensive work and drives like a dream. Here is a small list of mods. HKS turbo's toda billet cams Power FC Enkei light weight NT03' with brand new RE 55's AP 6 pot brakes with Pagid pads all round Trust engine oil cooler custom 70mm alloy radiator ARc catch can Carbon Fibre bonnet (from Japan) not copy Tein suspension cusco adjustable a arms Nismo diff centre (adjustable) with brand new crown wheel, pinion and bearings and seals and the list goes on...... I'd preffer to swap my car for a S15 which is slightly moded or heavily moded or posibbly an EVO6 plus a cash adjustment to me. I'm looking to have some fun in a 4 cylinder again. If I were to sell I'd be looking for around $55k. The car is in mint condition and if no one is interested I will keep it. The total of a swap would not equal $55k I would consider less. eg( your car worth $30k I might take $10-$15k depending on the car.
  19. No, The catch can is the ARC one which sits on the front drivers side. It gets the blow by vis one braided hose coming from the rocker cover. I'm thinking the mines cam cover tripple baffle plate will help reduce the blow by???? Any thoughts....anyone?

  22. Due to no synchros in my gear box I will not be attending ......I really need track time up my sleaves too!
  23. I am having big blow by problems on the track also. None through the dipstick, just through the breathers. I fill the ARC catch can in 4 laps. My oil pump is stock...I think??? I never replaced it. So I am a bit weiry to add an extra 1 lt of oil. Will the trust sump extension kit with baffle and pick up reduce my blow by? Has anyone used the Mines Rocket Cover Baffle Kit? I need help I hate having this problem at the track, it gets VERY messy
