My brother lost his license like that. I used to work at Burswood for 3 1/2 years & I seen them on top of that bridge a few times, during all different times of the day. Used to get stared at all the time at 4 in the morning as I drove past them. Occasionally just a car, sometimes 2 bikes, sometimes both with two on the bridge with radar guns for both directions & the bikes waiting on the down ramps.

Probably because there are walls either side of them, and Perth drivers are shit scared when anything else is close to their cars. Like merging points, another car coming in to the same area automatically means heavy on the brakes & come to almost a complete stop.........

Had it for about a year or maybe less now. 350rwhp when I got it, 385 for most of it & over 400 at the moment. Cost me around the $900 mark installed *I think*

If there is over $500 damage or anyone injured the police need to attend, so I'm not sure why your insurance company would say something like that. If you aren't at fault in an incident like this, then it's best to get the police there so they can make sure the other driver (and you for that matter) is licensed, in a fit state to drive & to get statements from everyone involved including witnesses. It's best to do that instead of just getting their details & then let them drive home or get their car towed & then they are the hell out of there before they get into trouble...

The first one is a modified R33 with a high mount turbo, the second is a stock R33 with the stock turbo too low to be seen fom there.
