Just wondering if anyone that is north of the river ie Hillarys/Whitfords/Ellenbrook area is interested in meeting everyone else sometime for some drinks or whatever, something social. Of course anyone from sauwa would be welcome, but would be probably be held somewhere in the Joondalup/Hillarys area. If your interested reply, just be a good chance to put usernames to faces & to see each others cars. Just posting this because in past other threads some have put this sort of thing out as an idea, just not done anything about it. Feel free to post any suggestions or whatever, & we'll see what happens.

Filled up with shell premium unleaded today, to be honest I haven't felt much difference, but then again I didn't cane it today..............although revving it out to about 4-5k rpm gave a louder than usual backfire.

Hopefully Shell, Mobil & Caltex realise there is a market over here for 98 fuel. Damned east coasters, they can choose from 4!!! BP can put their prices up by 20c a litre for ultimate if they wanted too, there is nowhere else to go.

I paid $78 to fill up once, that was when it was $1.47 a litre for 98. Have to put Shell premium in mine tomorrow, got under a quarter of oh so good 98 left.........

I just sit in my car for a bit, basically because you only need these when you are putting pressure on the turbo a fair bit, and letting the car idle for about 2 minutes isn't all that hard to do. Different case with 2 turbos I guess. It costs $101 delivered to you in like 2-3 weeks from Nengun, $100 from me pretty much straight away, because you are just over in Beldon if you want it? It's new, in box, I opened it to have a look & that but didn't do jack shit with it.

Haha, hadn't seen that before. A couple of lucky saves, but it just showed how many people don't know how to drive in the wet.

Since I installed my hybrid fmic, there was definately more power, no change to turbo lag & my car stopped backfiring so much. When it was with the stock one, it would pop on 90% of my gear changes, fitted that & now it only does it when the revs get high, and very occasionally whenever it feels like it.

Vortex is 95. WA is so far behind it's not funny. Over east they have ultimate, optimax, synergy & vortex98, over here we have just ultimate. How long has 98 fuel been available over here?

This sucks. I have enough fuel for tomorrow, then I will be off for 2 days & will drive either nowhere or in my pos. Hopefully there will be some by the weekend as some have said, but with others saying the end of this month, so many cars are going to need a retune.

Just coming home from Rockingham about 15mins ago, up near Hepburn ave I noticed a car in the left emergency lane. Wow you must be thinking. Thought nothing of it because it wasn't a skyline , but I could see from the right hand lane it turned out to be none other than the infamous cockwad ROUSEY!!!! At this point I starting laughing my head off, I almost had to stop I was laughing so bad remembering his bs on the forums. I was so tempted to turn back around, pull over & just give him shit, but I thought of that too late. His car looks shit by the way. Maybe you had to be there, but it was like seeing something that you weren't 100% sure to be real, but then you see it yourself.

I think that this thread has gone off topic a bit. The argument is about the amount of 4wds that will NEVER see the off road, which these days is a very large percentage. You have one to take off road, that's fine. Mums on their way to work 9-5 monday to friday is bad.

Yeah, because if it was good it makes it perfectly okay to do it, and legal too. Especially in a residential street with other road users.

Yes, and thanks to Atari now we *might* be able to get it next week. They pretty much always delay releasing the games they distribute, considering this is out everywhere else you wonder what their problem is. Tempted to go to blockbuster & get out pro evo 4 & see what the fuss is about. I need this to feel better about my team being bottom of the league.

Haven't played this series before , but with a club forum I use they were raving about it, so I'm getting this one. Went to get it the other day because it was meant to be out on the 21st, but is tomorrow (apparently). I got it on ebay, they will send it express tomorrow I think so if it will probably get to me on Monday. It had better live up to the hype!

Yeah, he's talking about the white Blitz R34 4 door, that & the HKS silvia are the D1 cars. They are easy to drift straight away, better after some personal tuning. But in this game you can't "really" drift, once you hit opposite lock the car snaps back the other way & you lose it. It is a racing game, but everyone loves to drift. Apart from that, take any decent rwd car onto Tsukuba wet, it's a good starting point & a good challenge to hold it, as it dosen't snap back on you. I have some good drift pictures I've taken, but nothing to transer them to my pc.
