I fitted mine today. :lol: To that dude that couldn't fit it in 10 hours, that must have been a dodgy kit because there was no problems with mine. I was going to fit it at home but because it was so fricken cold took it to a workshop & did it there. Forgot the camera so couldn't take any pics for the tutorial I was planning. I trimmed the blades, some people I have heard have done it VERY wrong. What you need to do is: Standing with the engine bay to your right, trim the blades diagonally left to right. Adjust the pipe to see how much you need to take off, and mark them all as evenly as possible. You will see what I mean when you get ready to do it, looking back you don't even really need to take much off. I'm getting a new front bar as well, my stock s1 bar has been savaged to shit. I will actually take some pictures now of it & you can get an idea of what's going on, if they turn out alright.

Agreed, definately wouldn't want to try & hammer out that much at the wheels with the basic computer. And yes it's a/m injectors, it's in his thread title. 660cc

As the topic, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the approximate cost of getting either a new front bar painted, or a 2nd hand one resprayed. I am installing my fmic tomorrow, so I am looking at getting a new front bar without anything blocking the cooler. At the moment I am just trying to decide whether to buy a new one, or find a decent 2nd hand one & get it resprayed to my car's colour. By knowing approx how much a spray will cost it will help me a lot, coz then I can know how much money I will have to spend. Any help is appreciated, cheers, Nathan.

Words cannot describe how happy I was they lost today. I have nothing against the team, coach or anything like that, I like the way they play. But the fricken media over here are so far up their arses it's unbelievable, and to see them squirm when they lose after all the build up, it's great.

I am interested in one, but probably closer to the close date. Is there a specific number you have available???

Hey guys, I also bought the same kit from flyn, i got it a while ago & will be fitting it myself, but just haven't had a chance too, but it is sorted for next Tuesday when I will have everything I need. Anyway, included in the kit I have is a 4ft long hose with a t-piece already in it, it should have come in yours too. I haven't looked tonight (only just recalled this thread now it's too dark to look), but judging from what you said earlier about the solenoid etc, this should be what it's for. I am guessing you can use this to replace one of the lines, as it has 2 outlets. I don't have a digital camera so I can't take a photo of it, but it did come in the kit & I would say that's what it's for. For anyone else, if I can get hold of a camera for Tuesday I am going to take step-by-step pics of what I do for the fmic install, I'm sure the mods could make that a sticky & it will at least give a guideline of what do do if you are willing to get hands on with your car.

Say you were to come out of the shops & see someone badging your car, if you accidently managed to beat seven shades of shit out of them & fall on their face with the bottom of your feet, would this be okay?????

Attatched is a pic of my engine bay, the green circles are what I'm talking about. I am trying to fit my strut brace, but cannot for the life of me undo the bolts there. All I am managing to do is shave tiny pieces of metal off, and I am just wondering if anyone knows what would be the best way to get them off. Can anyone help with this???

To remove the front bar of a series 1 & 2 it is different, so they wouldn't be a straightforward swap. *I think.*

I have a 95 gtst, no sticker at the back either. Maybe people thinking it could be a n/a is an advantage.

Thanks for that Warren, I couldn't see anything that says what reading it was but knowing skyline is 7psi I just assumed that. I will be getting an aftermarket one that will be easier & in a better place to read when I get a ebc, but at least I know what's going on now. Cheers. edit - I typed this at 3:30 am, there is the mm/hg reading but I had no idea what it stood for.

I have a 33 gtst, don't have a a/m boost guage as yet, but I just had a question about the stock one in the dash. The psi readings are +7, 0 & -7, and under normal conditions (cruising 100kph in 5th) it sits at about what I would say is -4. It dosen't go above 0 very much unless I hit full boost in 2nd or 3rd, and even then it gets to maybe +4 or 5. I was just wondering if this is normal, because the fuel economy seems a bit too good for a turbo car & I am wondering if maybe it has been tuned to a lower boost level. Any help will be appreciated.

My mum has a longreach ute & a lancer wagon, & my brother has an excel. :lol: But it does have a 10 grand audio system in it so I can let him off for that.
