I have the Japanese Alpine catalog, and it doesnt seem to have a DVD player that plays MP3 DVDs..... just MP3 CD-Rs. Mebbe cos I cant read Japanese

4500 sounds a little bit more reasonable for a JZX100 Chaser. How much is the Stagea compliance? I dunno if this is the right place to ask, but what are the variants of Stagea? I know there are 4wd and twin turbo RB26DETT ones.... Newest model Stagea looks wicked. Would be awesome for a family car, chaser included. SCREW THE AVALON!!! -

Yeap they fog lights for S2 are H3 type. The driving lights are H1s yeap yeap. I was just in Japan and bought a set of Raybrig H3 and H1 lights (to match the same bluish color). Just ask the guys at the autoshop - they are hella friendly and have all the headlight spec sheets for all jap cars Sorry about the rest - i dunno. good luck

Is there big demand right now for reserving plates for the cars that have never been seen on Australian soil under the new SEVs? Like, are people flocking to line up for Chasers and Stageas? Cos they are both really really kewl cars!!! Hope with the restricted compliance plates they remain a rare and exclusive car -
Thanks heaps for the update Harun - and congrats on getting your car back I have been reading through every page of this thread and it has been interesting to see how many people are now alarmed because of issues with Famous Cars (I am one of them). But as Ben has rightly asked, no-one as yet has owned up to having made a claim about a total loss with Famous.

Group buy last time with the other SAU guys with tint-a-car. No problem with the one R32 that was there, and the R33s there all went thru fine. Hrm, maybe they are using a different film. Sounds bizarre that only the R32 GTR would have different thickness demister lines.

Hey that really sucks. When I was in Japan, they have all this crazy expensive stuff in their car and no-one steals it. Everyone respects other people's property. Shows u how bad kid's (and adult's as well) values are here in Australia.

what is RAC? what aftermarket kit did u get? did YOU use a different headlight assembly? or it just fit in the normal enclosure? Anymore ppl put in aftermarket HID kits? which ones?
