Have you checked the water pump? It sonds like a vibration issue from either the pump or fan causing premature failure.

A few hundred litres woulnt even get you to Melbourne and back (not that there is anything there worth visiting) I think fuel is only good for a few months before it starts to break down (there are adatives to slow this down however) but whats the use of surviving doomsday if you are only left with regular unleaded (because the high octain is breaking down)

I had them take the injectors out of my fule rail (they were very tight) Flow test, spray patern check and reports New end caps (easily damaged in removing tight injectors - use vasaline when replacing) all up $200

Was this a large scale production or selling the stuff? Its much like home brew, which I have been told is technically illegal (because you dont pay tax on the alchohol) but if its for personal use and in small quantities its not worth the time to prosecute. I have heard of some arrests for large scale production or pubs making their own for sale over the bar.

It must be 151 proof (divide by 2 to get the alcohol % in this case 75.5%) The stuff we make comes out at about 80% (160 proof) and is almost pure ethanol. The best bit is you dont get as bad a hangover in the morning as there are fewer imputities than traditionally distilled spirits.

Had a nice phone call from Red Cross on Friday thanking us for our support. He asked that I pass on the thankyous to all those who have donated blood through SAU. Hope we get a big turnout on Saturday, and see you all at Red Cross (MODBURY) Its not to late to join in if you havent already said you would like to come. It will cost you nothing to attend and you get free food and drinks and a chance to catch up with other SAU members.

Petrol Generator 2000W or more Has anyone got a generator I can borrow for a week. I need to drill 600 holes into concrete and there is on power at the site. With any luck I will finish over the weekend, but if it was possible to use it early next week as well that would be great. PM me if you can help. Guy

I am building my house at Inglewood, but its been held up by 2 yrs thanks to council. The budget is very stretched (thanks to an additional yrs mortgage repayments and ever increasing prices) so I am looking for some traidies that will do cash jobs (with me doing much of the grunt work if possible). I have the underfloor plumbing done but will need to do hot and cold water plumbing next (lay 20mm Rehau hot and cold pipe, fit all noggins etc) I have nearly got my builders licence (Site Supervisor and Contractors licence) and have had experience as a labourer for many trades, so I am attempting as much as possible myself and leaving the jobs I know I cant do to the professionals. Can also pay in meals and booze LOL

If you are stuck I have a 4 door 33 in show condition (pics below) I'm happy to put on a suit and do the chauffeur thing to help you in/out of the car. I have done several weddings and parties already and no complaints.
